   Second time we have visited Ovest Via. Service was very good, food was excellent. It was really loud when we first arrived but everyone seemed to leave at once and it was a lovely, quiet second half of our dinner. Parking is a challenge whenever trying to visit the restaurants at the Parker Hotel.

   This was our 2nd time as we wanted to give it a fair shake. The menu is laden with cream sauces and thick noodles. We asked for a gel hair or spaghetti noodles but there wasn’t an option. The service was sooooo slow. We didn’t get bread for 20 minutes…2 pieces. My drink finally came, my husband was sitting across from me and the waitress didn’t ask him if he wanted a drink. Same with our main meal. We planned on desert, but everything else took so long, we went for ice cream instead. For an Italian restaurant, I’d like to see more variety with the dishes and pasta. The service needs to pick up - the first time it was like that also. The food was good - not great - good.

   Menu online and in person was wrong, have never experienced this before . Appetizer lukewarm. Food was way overpriced & very mediocre. I am 96% Italian , this was not good at all. Sent my rigatoni back and got a salad . Taylor our server was the best part of the experience . This was a one & done .

   Loved it! Best food in Parker! They had great wine and the homemade pasta and date cake were excellent. The service was attentive also. The reservation was honored timely and the kitchen was fast. It was impressive for a new restaurant.

   Our first time here. It’s housed in The Hotel Parker. We met the manager who was very nice and welcoming. Food, service and cocktails were wonderful. We will be returning soon!

   What a gem that Parker needed! Been here a couple of times and everything is outstanding. The ambiance is perfect - from a more casual gathering to an exclusive date night, this place fits the bill. The bruschetta app is a must! The pizza is delicious, the salmon cooked to perfection, and the pasta special we had was outstanding. Try this place; you’ll be glad you did!

   My biggest issue was the group of hostesses who acted like snotty mean girls from the get go. Why make a reservation if they don’t reserve a table for you? They tried to bully us into sitting at the bar. No, just no. It’s not like this is a Michelin star restaurant; it’s casual dining in Parker

   We had dinner here last night. We had a wonderful wait person named Taylor who was so friendly, fast and attentive. Our party had four people who each had different starters and meals. Everyone was very happy with their food. We will definitely be returning.

    What a fabulous restaurant, the food is delicious and fresh. Our waiter was outstanding and would definitely go back!
