   I usually enjoy the food here however I ordered the razorback ribs for the first time. There was minimal meat and they were dry so definitely disappointed. Our order was muddled up and our mains were brought out before our entrees. Then our mains 2 out of 4 meals were incorrect. There is definitely a problem between ordering and the kitchen . I ordered a white wine and it was served warm. When I told the bar they didn’t offer me a replacement they offered me ice. So overall it was a really disappointing experience at a restaurant that i usually really enjoy.

   The worst experience ever as i always eat here and it has been amazing since know it has gone down hill big time as They have new people new manger new everything it took 2 hrs to finally get steak as they had to bring it out 3 times as I ask for medium to well down it came out raw as and my daughter food came out before my partner food and my food even he's steak was raw to and did not even get my drinks until the end of the night and even people on the other tables did not eat there steak so that is saying something as it is a steak restaurant so If I were u don't eat here and safe your money.

   Wanted to try the $10 cocktail of the month was told we only have margaritas. So no cocktail of the month. Overall food wasn’t bad. It’s a shame it’s not more like the American chains with deals and the rye bread. Very expensive for what it is. Slow service and needed a manager to do a cash transaction. Won’t be going back in a hurry.

   For a venue situated at a major shopping precinct, fair to expect on a Saturday they would be geared for walk ups post 5pm. Far from it. Have frequented this particular venue several times over the Years. It’s not a patch on its historical self. Was told we can seat on the balcony but must vacate within 1 hour. Agreed as we are there to eat. 15 minutes and not one wait staff engaged. Decided to ‘book’ online while on premises. Shown to another table, nothing much changed, 10 minutes in we seemed forced to use the QR order app. Spirits seemed like plain mixers. IE watered down. Ribs were dry and pitiful. Salad - not words. Deserts were pretty good. Departed 1 1/2 hours after and pretty another to see our original balcony table that we were told ‘ 1 hour’ was still free. If you’re looking for a disappointing meal that’s cost twice what it’s worth these days. This is the place. We won’t be back until there is news they bought it back to its former glory.

   There was one other table of guests when we were seated by the manager. No water given once seated (this came 40 mins later after the meals) I had to go and ask for someone to come and take the orders after 15mins waiting. Ordered entrees and mains which all arrived at the same time after 30 mins, steaks were meant to be medium rare, one was so well done you couldn't cut it, the other was well done but managed to have a few pieces. Would never go back, very average for a STEAKHOUSE!

   Our server Byron was fantastic, he was so polite and helpful. He made my birthday dinner memorable and fun! The service and the food was amazing and fast. Will definitely come again!

   Food isn’t the same we used to dine here all the time . Portion sizes have dropped and the chicken was served raw

   Came here expecting the same food quality and service we have come to expect from many visits to the Outback outlets in the USA. While the pricing is similar, nothing else compares. The steaks were bland, vegetables very over cooked and the tiny sweet potato was baked within an inch of its life. The service was poor, not necessarily the waiting staff fault, they were young and appeared inexperienced and under trained. I would not recommend

    Poor service, average food. Left with our mains and never asked if we needed/wanted any more drinks or deserts, wasn’t even busy - disappointing.
