   Unbelievable! Friendly staff, great food and Food was amazing. So much better than our local outback stake house in Sydney, the meals there would be at least half the size compared to this restaurant and I’m not kidding! The family couldn’t finish all the dinner as they were big serving sizes. We will definitely be back next time! Keep up the good work, if only restaurants in Sydney were as good as this one.

   Honestly it was very disappointing. We are usually locals coming for all our special occasions so when our friends from Sydney came up we didn’t hesitate to take them here. However it was disappointing. The usual waitresses were no longer there and the service was not very good. Forgot our water glasses instantly So I had to go and ask for them. . We asked for a ltr or sangria and they gave us two cups of it instead. asked if we wanted a refill of beer in the same cup rather then a fresh cold glass, the dinner came out at different times to each other so by the time we got to eat together two meals were cold. The bread at the table that is complimentary was one tiny loaf for 8 people and I asked for a few, the food was dry the ribs were skinny and dry, the steak was unevenly cooked, my son ordered a spicy chicken burger and it was covered in jalapeños making it inedible for a 10 yr old. No one mentioned its very spicy. and one of the waitresses was walking around with a vape hanging out of her pocket. It was busy and felt messy. We left there realising that we will Jo longer be going there. Our Outback Steakhouse days are over.

   Have been here a lot and have always loved my experience, however our most recent experience last night wasn’t the best. My Caesar salad had a dead beetle in it and when i told the lady out the till where you pay and all she said was “wow that’s crazy” and did not offer to take it off of the bill, my steak was perfect and so was our service but after finding the beetle i couldn’t eat any more.

   We all loved our meals. Teenagers loved the biscoff shakes. Hot honey fried chicken was delicious. We were visiting from interstate and if we return to the Gold Coast, we will definitely come for a meal again.

   second experience in a week at outback recent review was critical of service but tonights experience was the exceptional meal service and value that we are used to having at outback pacific fair thank you for a great evening highly highly recommend great for all ages be aure to come hungry

   we visit from overseas food has always been delicious and exceptional value last night experience was blemished by poor service the staff do not seem to trainable lots of standing around poor handling of food dishes - fingers and thumbs in salad bowl has to asked repeatedly for the most basic items - side plates for shared appetizers table was not attended to - request for more drinks during meal, long wait time for ordering and waiting for food etc the manager was doing his best to ensure food was being brought out accurately and deserves high praise but it seems several of the staff looked lost and not clear on their roles. Staff would not respond when suggestions were made this is always our first stop when we come to GC but we were taken aback but how poor the service was that being said … food always is delicious and remain the best value for money out there still recommend it

   My fiancé and I made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary, but we ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for just three drinks. When we finally got our meals, the steak was overcooked and dry. We also felt somewhat overlooked by the staff.

    When we first arrive the restaurant only had a few people seated. Tables were left dirty with plates and glasses on them. The service was terrible! We felt like we were more of an inconvenience rather than customers. When we ordered our food and drinks, the drinks alone took along time to arrive. When we finally got our meal it looked like it had been slapped together, there was hardly any meat on the ribs, they may as well of given us a plate of bones. They forgot our salad and when I asked if we could have it I was met with an eye rolling young man who wasn’t happy I asked for it. When I finally received the salad it was wet and just disgusting. The toilets smelt so bad it was hard to breathe. The restaurant itself is in a wonderful location but is let down by its manager and staff. It was a very unpleasant and expensive experience. I will never visit this place again.
