Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. The casual restaurant features antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. This is the most consistent, delicious, delightful experience in Summerlin. The food is phenomenal and Jerelle is the most professional and friendly servers in Vegas! Well done!!!

Always a fun time! Delicious food, fantastic cocktails, and most importantly the people — bar tenders , food servers, and hostess. Always welcoming and accommodating. The food is always delicious. The Bronzino is done perfectly. The short rib pasta, amazing. Love it here!

We personally requested (2 weeks in advance) a table NOT in the middle of the restaurant. We were promptly sent to a table directly out in the middle. When we mentioned that we had requested a more private location, we were told they didn’t have any (even though we were looking right at one that was available). The restaurant was loud and bustling. The food was average. All for the cost of fine dining. We are locals, but will not be back.

We went for Valentine's dinner. The restaurant was pretty full at 5:00pm. We were seated at a small two person table which is not my favorite and not very romantic. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It was bit loud, so sometimes it was hard to hear across the table. The food came out quickly and was excellent.
