Danilo Orofino was born in Palermo, Sicily, where he studied the culinary arts as well as restaurant and hotel management. He opened his first restaurant/coffee bar in Sicily at the age of 18. After 4 years of hard work, he closed the place with dreams of doing even more with his life.

    The food and service is outstanding! Orofino has authentic Italian flavor and fantastic wines. Our waitress was knowledgeable and so friendly and attentive. It is one of our favorite restaurants in Fredericksburg

    We went to Orofino to celebrate a birthday. There were 4 of us. We ordered a four cheese pizza and a three meat pizza as well as a pasta dish and a chicken dish. All the dishes were excellent. The service was efficient and professional. The ambiance was acceptable not exceptional. We have been to Orofino in the past and will continue to go in the future. Well recommended.

    Thank you for the delicious food. Lasagna is incredible. As always! I'm so bad with names, but our waiter today was incredibly kind and caring. Thank you for the beautiful birthday evening.

    Ils sont vraiment gentils. Nous sommes arrives 45 min a l'avance et ils ont réussi a nous trouver une table sans nous faire attendre. Très apprécie après 12 heures de route, lorsque nous les avons informe de notre fatigue et notre faim !!! Le resto était plein a craquer Service sympathique, efficace et nourriture excellente Merci et on arrêtera manger a votre restaurant à notre retour vers le Québec. On recommande à tous les Snow birds

    We love orofinos. Delicious food and Great service. However the noise level is high. You can’t even have a simple conversation with the person across the table without almost yelling.

    Best Italian dining experience in Fredericksburg.Delicious food especially monthly special pasta and red wine. Staff is always very friendly and responsive. Great value.
