   Wonderful restaurant with a beautiful view. We had lunch and it was the perfect time to take a break and enjoy great food and a laid back atmosphere. The service was top notch and everyone was very friendly. The food and cocktails were also excellent. There was no feeling of being rushed. The servers walked us through the menu and gave recommendations when asked. The afternoon started off raining and they had the area covered but removed the cover as the sun came out which made the experience even better. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend and will certainly be eating here whenever I am in Rome.

   The description of the restaurant was a rooftop dining experience with a beautiful view. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were ushered into a basement type foyer and dining area - we were informed that the rooftop was actually a cocktail bar and we could finish our meal with a desert up on the roof with the acclaimed “beautiful view.” My wife and I ordered a bottle of water, two starters and left - we paid our €64 tab for the terrible experience and vowed not to return. The false advertising of a “wonderful rooftop dining experience” left a very poor impression of the establishment.

   This was an outstanding eating experience.The staff went above and beyond to make our night a truly unique night of wonderful food and the best italian service etiquette. We ate dinner downstairs and staff explained each dish with 2 surprise dishes which were amazing. Every bite was a new taste experience. We then headed upstairs for dessert with breathtaking views. So glad l booked here and would strongly recommend Oro Bistrot to others. Grazie

   Odabrali smo restoran zbog lokacije , međutim većinu vremena smo proveli unutar restorana bez ikakvog pogleda , već smo samo za desert proveli vrijeme na rooftopu. Cijene precijenjene s obzirom na dobiveno .

   Wonderful experience. Being April, we are dinner in the ground floor restaurant and moved to the rooftop for dessert and cocktails. This actually worked well. The service was incredible...they really couldn't do better. The food was excellent...I would recommend the risotto which will live in my dreams! The view from the rooftop has to be the best in Rome, overlooking the Altar of the Fatherland and Trajan forum. Wholly recommend as a luxury experience.

   When making this reservation, it appears it’s for the rooftop restaurant, it’s not. It’s for a restaurant, on the main floor, adjacent to the lobby. It was promoted as being very formal, but there’s a curtain separating the restaurant from the lobby. The service was impeccable; the food was delicious as well however, the portions were tiny. The prices they charge, the food served, should match the atmosphere. It was a major miss and do not recommend.
