    A wonderful visit on the 8th November for a special birthday treat. Emma in the reservations team went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for our visit and was just so helpful and understanding of our circumstances. The food was absolutely wonderful, and the service was outstanding also! I’d go to say not only is this is the best afternoon tea we have ever had, but the location is stunning also! Thank you for making my mums birthday so special

    Very nice experience. If you like good atmosphere with top service with modern look this is for you. All teas you can try are perfect and you will find the one you like. Unique food you won’t regret. Must try!!!

    What a beautiful place for a special occasion! We had afternoon tea here and would highly recommend it. Everyone who looked after us was polite, kind, and wonderful to talk to :)

    Everything was done with care and deliberation. Food was delicious, plentiful and attractive. The staff was super attentive and polite even when it got busy. Would absolutely recommend and definitely visit again!

    I cannot rate the afternoon tea at Orchid Tea Room highly enough. The food was great and I liked the fact that we had our own plate of sandwiches. All the staff were amazing and genuinely pleasant and helpful. The environment was absolutely spotless and beautiful. The whole experience was exceptional.

    I don’t normally leave reviews but when I got the email asking me to I just had to One of the best afternoons teas I have been to and I been to the likes of the Ritz and Dorchester. Food was amazing, the nicest and softest bread. The chicken corenation wasn’t like any chicken corenation I have had. The flavour the sauce everything was on point. All the flavours were lovely. The tea set and the tea was lovely. The service was perfect - attentive but not too pushy. They actually bought out the scones later so they remained warm which actually is a great idea. Previous teas I’ve gone to the scones have gone hard by the time we have got to them. I can’t comment how the tea room looked as they had a private event in there and they hosted us in the library which also lovely. The team room looks beautiful form the outside. Considering the service and over all quality of tea and it being fairmont I expected it to be more. It was £55pp which was amazing for the price. All in all 10/10. We will definitely be returning for tea and spa.
