Opera invites diners to enjoy delectable Italian fare prepared by Chef Matteo Fracalossi - a former protégée of Italian Master Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, all featuring garden-fresh produce and sustainable seafood. Guests can experience authentic Italian dishes prepared according to the restaurant’s philosophy of sharing and coming together. Among the signature dishes at Opera are Fiorentina (Florence style charcoal grilled T-bone steak, brushed with rosemary sprigs and served with grilled vegetables) and Risotto All’Astice (live lobster risotto). Besides, Opera’s Sunday Brunch buffet is also a great option to kick start the weekend in style.

We were staying at Park Hyatt. We had heard of the brunch and were excited for a fancy, Western meal. The offerings, especially the seafood were amazing - lobster, crab claws, oysters, no limit. There was a carving station, breads, cheeses, and desserts galore! The daily breakfast buffet was also fantastic. Definitely something for everyone.

Just a grand hotel run restaurant I’m sure chef could do better if he owned it himself

Very slow service. I would expect better quality food and service from a restaurant at the Hyatt. The staff were friendly, though.
