The food was great and restaurant pretty. The service was slow, server was nice but just not on point. They did have two large parties in the restaurant however we had to ask for our drinks multiple times and when one of appetizers came we didn’t have plates so I went up to the bar to get some. It wouldn’t deter me from trying them again though. Also get the steak and eggs it’s a weekend only item but very very delicious!

The food was really outstanding, and the service was very, very good. The room is noisy and it was made worse by some of the music choices and the volume of the music. The lighting at night time is not ideal for a restaurant offering this quality of food. It would be nicer to enjoy the food and the service in an environment where you don't have to yell at each other. The acoustics of the room is difficult, so maybe it would be wise to tone things down a little bit.

Interesting interior with pretty much all the walls made of glass with outside views. Solid if unspectacular food. Good value for the price. We were there at night, but with all the glass, I think it would be great for a daytime or sunset meal. My wife liked her kale salad with salmon a lot. I had the duck pasta which was pretty good but very salty. Service was attentive and engaging. Entry to the restaurant isn't great because it is through a very mid hotel.

Got the impression that the staff thought we were too poor to eat here. Saw this place online, and my partner and I thought the space looked gorgeous and the food looked divine, so decided to get a reservation to go here for a date night. Valet service at The Line hotel was 12$—valets were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The space is indeed gorgeous, and the food was quite good. (The butternut squash agnolotti was a highlight.) Unfortunately, we couldn’t quite enjoy the atmosphere and good drinks and food, due to the service. Our orders were taken hastily and our conversation was often interrupted. Drinks were brought to us /after/ the food, and we had a sense our server valued us less than the other customers. All told, we were given our check forty-five minutes after arriving. We were perhaps a bit younger than the folks near us—folks who we heard cussing out their waitress, which didn’t exactly help us feel at ease. Overall, this place would be best appreciated during, perhaps, a weekday lunch, or for a hasty business meeting—but not for a date night. Though you might be treated a bit better if you are considered a “good tipper.” (We tipped 25%, incidentally, because both of us have worked in food service before. We aren’t monsters.)

Good morning Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed our butternut squash agnolotti and found the space to be gorgeous. We're sorry to hear about the service you received, it's not the standard we aim for. We'll take your comments into consideration as we strive to improve. We hope to have another opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience. Please do not hesitate to reach us with any additional feedback. Best, The Management Team
