   Booked a table for brunch. It states clearly that 'Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 15 minutes for parties of up to 2' on the confirmation email. I arrived on time. Sat down at a table, waited for a long time (15 mins) to have someone come to take an order. Then before 1 hour is up, I was told to finish and leave because there are others coming for the table. I was half-way through my coffee so I was drinking it quickly. Then within 3 mins, another staff came to tell me the same thing, basically hurrying me away. When I left after spending less than an hour in the cafe, I saw a few empty tables. They could have offered those to the important guests coming. Why do I need to leave early before my allocated time is up?

   Love this spot for Brekky any day- food is always delish and staff are friendly and helpful. Little slow on the table service this morning and long wait for food but then when it’s busy this happens… highly recommend

   We were a group of 10 on a day out and I can say we were not hungry for lunch after eating breakfast at 9.30am

   It was my birthday. My friends decided to take me to one block back for brunch. The time between delivery of the first drink and the last was nearly one hour. When asked about where the last drink was we were rudely told that different people make different drinks. When the drink arrived it was definitely not as described in the menu. Lavender and blueberry with almond topping. No blueberries but blueberry syrup and couldn't taste lavender and no almonds. When I got was basically a vanilla milkshake. I took it back, I was told on a rather abusive tone what did I want instead. I didn't accept the tone of voice from the assistant and then ordered a coffee. When I went to pay the bill the young girl who had served me originally apologised for her tone and I accepted her apology. What really upset me it was my birthday and the lack of customer service put a dampener on the day. Huge praise to the young assistant for her apology. She accepted her tone towards me and that I was very grateful. Lastly please don't advertise a super health shake with fruit when the fruit is a syrup not fruit.
