Opening December 10th, 2023! Chef Erik De Marchi is excited to bring his cuisine from Emilia-Romagna to Irvine with Oliver's Trattoria. Featuring homemade pasta and pizza and a full bar.     Courteous staff. Good food and selection. The calamari fritti was cooked to perfection. The pizza was delectable and our pasta dishes were cooked al dente. Since it was Thanksgiving day, we would have like to have seen the restaurant decorated for the festivities (Thanksgiving/Christmas) with soft holiday music ambience. The two Italian servers were engaging and funny. The rest of the staff (busboy and the other female staffer) were attentive to our needs. My wife and I patronized this place in the summer and really liked the restaurant and was surprised that they were open for Thanksgiving. We will definitely return.

    Pleasantly surprised that the turkey special for Thanksgiving was great in temp, taste quality and good portion for the price. Very friendly, great ambiance and variety of menu items like the black cod special. Will refer and we will be back! Thank you for a great venue for our family Thanksgiving lunch! Grazie!!

    I've been to Oliver's several times with my GF. Food and service is always excellent. However, it's very pricey especially for being in a shopping center sharing a parking lot with Albertsons. I do recommend it for the food and service.

    Beautiful restaurant, they were very busy the night we went, huge party going on, so service was a bit slow, but very understandable. We had the octopus appetizer, it was ok, not enough flavor for me. I had the cacio Pepe pasta, homemade pasta was so good, sauce was tasty , a bit dry, but yummy, hubby had the lobster pasta with a red sauce, so good, we ate every bit! Cheesecake was delicious, espresso martini was very strong and good! We’ll definitely go back!
