   This has to be our favorite dinning experience in all of the Valle de Guadeloupe!! So much so we came here twice this month alone (from San Diego). The first time, we discovered it by accident and had one of the most memorable dinning experiences -EVER. The talented chef was SO CREATIVE with vegetables - picked from only a few feet away in their enviable garden with a freshness that will ruin all other vegetables from now on. His cooking of the uniquely chosen local proteins leaves you in awe, but it is the vegetables that you will remember. We were so impressed, we had to return only a few weeks later. We were happily greeted with an entirely new (and equally delicious) menu! The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating - from the groundsman who greeted us in the evening with a flashlight from the parking lot, to the attentive staff, owner, and chef, who came from the kitchen to welcome us back on our second visit. We can't wait to return!

   Una experiencia inolvidable de principio a fin. La comida es espectacular, el servicio impecable. Hay una armonía bellísima en todo el lugar. Vale toda la pena. Mil gracias, sin duda volveremos.

   Me encanto, es sin lugar a dudas la mejor experiencia gastronómica del Valle, los alimentos son frescos y con un sabor incomparable. Y el servicio ni se diga, muchísimas gracias a nuestro mesero Jahudiel por ser el mejor mesero que nos a atendido en todo valle de guadalupe, un trbajao impecable. Me encanto la dinámica del recorrido por el huerto, muchísimas gracias a Alejandro por volver la experiencia tan dinámica y entretenida, incluso con la lluvia acechándonos jaja. Simplemente 5 estrellas en todos los sentidos, volveremos pronto.👌✨

   Our dinner at Olivea was not only the best one we had in Valle de Guadalupe but maybe the best one of our lives. Each course beautifully showcased the main ingredient that came directly from the garden behind the restaurant. The food was exceptionally delicious and the chef is very talented, innovative, and has excellent attention to detail. The interior decor of the restaurant is also stunning and the service was attentive and well-paced. We wish we could eat here every night and can’t wait to come back again!

   We wanted to eat here last year but they were closed at the time. Man, am I glad we tried again! What an elegant and delicious meal. Our server was so hospitable and really curated a great experience for us. Small plates but you leave feeling full! Every dish is bursting with exquisite farm-to-table flavors.

    5 stars doesn’t even explain how amazing the food service and drinks were. I absolutely loved every dish, some of the best blue fin I have ever had. 10 dishes was perfect felt great afterwards. Super clean and fresh farm to table experience worth every penny!
