   Okto was one of our favorite meals in Houston to date.. they anticipated the cold weather and placed us inside despite an outside reservation. Our cocktails were fantastic and they had great wine recommendations for our meal. The octopus was phenomenal and we paired with the Frena which was equally delicious and priced well. The lamb was tender and delicious and the squid ink linguine was also great. We were celebrating a birthday so got dessert and some complimentary gelato and champagne as well which a great surprise from the excellent and kind staff! Overall, fantastic experience

   I’ve been dying to go here and it didn’t disappoint! I sat at the bar and the vibes were on point. The overall service and handoff from the hostess was a bit off. For food I recommend the house bread, Greek salad and halloumi bites. The tuna tartare was okay not the best. The lamp chops were flavorful but a bit fatty!

   I had a fantastic dinner with a GF here. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire dining experience at Okto from start to finish. The food was excellent and fresh in terms of quality, preparation and presentation; the cocktails were amazing and the service was even better. As a frequent diner and former NYC resident, I would have to say Okto is one of my favorite places in Houston. We also believe Joel, our favorite bartender, gave us a spectacular experience not only in food & beverage recommendations, but the entire experience. We will be back. Thank you, Okto & Joel.

   Went for our anniversary. But would be good for small groups too. Excellent food and service. Restaurant is a vibe much like their other spots.

   Excellent restaurant! outstanding food with great service. The octopus in the appetizers was one of our favorite things we tried. The lamb chops was the other dish we recommend and the pistachio dessert is also a most try. Drinks were excellent too! Try the Mezcaloma its a Mezcal cocktail that has a little bit of a spicy kick on every sip.

   Really great food and service. Decent wine selection. One recommendation: reduce the base on the music a bit. Will be back during the week.

   The food was very good. We especially enjoyed the bread and lamb. The Greek salad is good, the mushrooms are very good also. You can’t go wrong trying everything they offer.

    We enjoyed the ambiance, with its low lighting and upbeat music. The Greek salad stood out with its fresh vegetables and flavorful dressing, and the Denver cut was lean and well-prepared. The octopus was exceptional, among the best we've had. However, we were disappointed with the seabass, which was primarily dark meat and not the traditional white Chilean seabass we expected (this should be clarified on the menu). Overall, we recommend dining here.
