   This was a new restaurant for all of us & we were all anxious to come back soon. Everything was delicious begining with prickly pear margaritas which went down way too easy! Two of us had sopa de elote which was not the corn chowder we expected, but delicious. Wish I had recipe! Three of us shrimp tacos which were also tasty down to the blue corn tortillas & mango salsa. 3 tacos on platesI had salmon which was substantial serving & mouthwatering! I will definitely have that again. Not noisy as was a rainy evening & not many people. I encourage them to put a grab bar in bathrooms.

   5 family members celebrated my husband’s birthday lunch today. Darling restaurant and very friendly staff. Our server, Madison, made the lunch special, recommended items and took great care of us. She recognized my son and his girlfriend from a dinner they shared a few weeks ago. We ordered multiple shared plates: Aquachiles, Ceviche, and Clam Chowder. My daughter ordered a mock Strawberry Margarita. Three of us ordered the delicious Surf & Turf Torta, recommended by our server. Yummmm. It was big so I brought the other half home. My daughter ordered the shrimp tacos. My son’s girlfriend ordered the Citrus Glazed Salmon with broccolini and potatoes. She had eaten this meal before and loved it so much she ordered it again. Three of us ordered the Buttercake with Pistachio gelato. My husband’s cake arrived with a birthday Sparkler!! Our son ordered the Dulce Le Leche with Carmel Pearls. We enjoyed the music which was just the perfect volume for us to enjoy our conversations. We will definitely be repeat customers. Next time, we plan to enjoy their broader dinner menu. Highly recommended for a relaxing vibe with an attentive staff!!

   It's one of my favorite restaurants. Awesome place. Loved the ambiance. The ceviche tostada with octopus was really good. 👌

   I really enjoyed it. But, was surprised after spending $165 for two people for dinner, there wasn’t a complimentary dessert option for a birthday. There were very few people in the restaurant

   Our server Maddie was outstanding with her attentiveness and friendly service. The coconut mojito and prickly pear margarita were absolute decadent. I would’ve had another cocktail if I wasn’t watching the prices and saw how expensive the food was. The Cesar salad was fresh, delicious, and large enough to split between two people. On the contrary, the fish and shrimp taco entrees were a bit expensive for just three small portions. Although they were flavorful, both the mahi mahi and shrimp were too dry and seemed overcooked. Nothing really appealed to me on the dessert menu. I was hoping to see something creative with churros, flan or prickly pear. Decor is gorgeous, bathrooms were clean, the ambience overall was pleasant.

   We had a lovely dinner at Octopus Baja last night. I'm really impressed at the transformation from a kind of dirty chain sandwich shop into an elegant space. Huge shoutout to whomever did the design- the space is well lit, with a color and design scheme that reflects the theme of the menu. We had oysters and the Baja Camarones Crostini for appetizers- oysters were fresh and tasty, and the shrimp had just the right amount of heat. Entrees were good portions- the Birria Short Ribs were excellent and I have enough left over for lunch today. Presentation was really nice for all dishes. This has earned a spot in our restaurant rotation- 100% will dine here again.

    Perfectly wonderful. Food was very good, nicely seasoned and not overly spicy. Sat at the bar and enjoyed every minute, eating, drinking watching our bartender craft drinks far more complex than ours. Loved meeting Fransisco, who treated us like family. We’ll be back, this week.
