   Absolutely perfect dinner for our large group for our family. They were kind enough to accommodate our group of 16 and seat us all together. Wonderful service, amazing food, energy was spot on and overall the best dinner we have had in Orlando. Highly recommend!

   When you charge prices like the menu prices, you set the standard very high four out of six of our entrées were not prepared correctly. Enjoyed the bubbling cocktails at happy hour and the service was great. The only disappointment was the food quality. High quality food. It just wasn’t prepared correctly

   I took my husband for a romantic dinner on our 28th year Anniversary. The staffing did great to male it a special dinner. They put us in a reserve booth apart from everyone and decorated the table with some roses pedals. Food was amazing as well as the food!

   I just want to commend both Sem and Tashia for our experience at Ocean Prime. The initial call to ask for special seating due to our new baby and Sem accommodating us without hesitation was already off to a great start. He was polite and so understanding. Once we arrived, he met us in person and sat us at our seats where he again offered any help he could offer. We had a new-er born baby who was being a pile fussy that day. From there Tashia was a shining star for the rest of the evening. She saw we were struggling and was so quick to help in any way she could so my wife and I could enjoy our dinner. From something as simple to bringing us hot water to clean the baby toys off to holding my wife’s food in the kitchen to keep warm while she attended the baby, she really made the night worth while as we were able to enjoy ourselves at least for a moment. Thank you again to both.

   The food was A+. The service A++ The “music” track absolutely distracting. It’s an open room and therefore fairly loud, not uncomfortable. The sound level in the room negated anything but the annoying continuous and repetitive harsh fast paced beat of the drum and cymbal track to be heard. Fine in a dance club. Horrible while enjoying a nice upscale dinner and distracting while having any table conversation. We discussed this with staff and learned that there have been multiple complaints, but “Music” director you may appreciate these tracks when you can here a melody but it seems you’re oblivious to the fact that only the harsh percussion track comes through in the moderately loud dinning venue. Please match the music to rest of the dinning experience. Thank You, A concerned customer

   Some of the best snapper I’ve ever had. Our waiter was amazing it was our anniversary so we got a nice complimentary dessert.
