   We had a larger group (13) and were told we had to preorder to make sure our food came out in a timely manner. We did and it didn’t. A third of our group got their food and were done before the next third got their meals (one of which was wrong) and then after they were done eating the last meals came minus one. The woman who brought our food out was so rude and tried to make us feel like it was our fault the food service was slow. Raul, the manager, tried to make things right but had his hands full apologizing to many tables that night. I appreciate his efforts and would’ve maybe upped the score but the one woman was so rude I just can’t do it.

   Fantastic. In every way. Highly recommend! The food is excellent. Drinks are superb as their spirits are so well made.

   Ocean is always a wonderful experience! The staff is so nice and overflowing with Aloha! The food is awesome and I love the picnic style service being on the beautiful green lawn overlooking the the island and seeing the ocean on both sides!!The Green Harvest Cocktail is yummy!!! It’s an amazing combination of vodka with spicy and sweet flavors from fresh squeezed local citrus!! This place is a must do!!!

   Great casual venue and you can’t beat the ambience and the chill factor! The sunset was epic from the hill. Definitely not a fine dining experience so don’t expect table cloths or glass ware. It’s a picnic table on the lawn with nice servers. The speed of the kitchen was slower than usual but it was busy and the server did warn us. Stick with the vodka cocktails. The gin cocktails are very small and truthfully not worth the risk. They are vodka distiller 1st and foremost so stick to vodka and don’t order beer because they will run out unexpectedly lol . The food was good as long as you go with the expectation of eating in picnic style setting were your food will come in cardboard boxes or in wooden board if you order the steak. Other than that enjoy the experience with an open mind and you will have a nice outing here!

   Aloha Miguel Thank you for the great description of our experience. We have a world class view, chef prepared farm fresh food, friendly team service, and World Class Spirits. I personally love the gin but that is up to each individual to decide. Our vodka is a super premium and our master distiller makes the smoothest vodka on the market. We are thrilled you enjoyed the outdoor dining. Our world class view is 100% part of the experience here on the farm and only a handful of items come with silverware and china because it doesn't make sense for our experience.    We waited two hours for food and our server was major attitude. The vibe of place was nice and they did comp us a round of drinks and a free dessert due to the wait - which oddly arrived before our meal. Also meal served in to go containers …

   We waited almost 2 hours for our food. When brought out, it was warm not hot, rice was dry and the medium steak was completely rare. Venue was beautiful and the music was fun to listen to. Would not try to eat here again though.

   The setting, food, music were fantastic. The server was good, albeit the food came very late as a result of too many reservations, and a late comment that food always takes 45 mins to get once ordered. It took over an hour. However, I would definitely go again and just order as soon as I sat down, or maybe call it in early.

   Aloha Thanks for your understanding. We did have a lot of reservations. The real issue is we had equipment issues in the kitchen that we couldn't have foreseen. We take responsibility for our equipment breakdown and we need to have a back up plan moving forward. A backup plan is already in play and we will not revisit this breakdown again. Food rarely takes 45 minutes to get to a guest and we are always working hard to get to zero times where things run long. I am glad to hear the food was great, you enjoyed our world class view, and amazing live entertainment. We look forward to seeing you again Mahalo

   Never got my pizza. Waited three hours to find out they never made it and couldn’t get it. Pretty ridiculous. Been here before and it’s usually amazing. Tonight was a let down.

    Food and drink were moderately expensive but tasty. Setting is casual with a stunning view of sunset. We went for the Jazz and Blues music, which was very enjoyable and not overly loud. The waitstaff were very busy but very attentive. Overall a very enjoyable experience! The evening event was done outside in an open area. Seating was at picnic tables or in Adirondack chairs with a small plastic table. No shade. Wear sunscreen and a hat until the sun goes down and bring a jacket for the cooler breezy evening!
