   Very friendly hostess, Daniella, greeted us and took us to the perfect table where we were waited on by equally friendly waiter Kaia. Kaia steered us into making the absolute best selection for our meal. The potstickers were amazing, but the star of the meal was the beef and broccoli. Everything was delicious, including our martinis that were made by Alyssa at the bar prior. Highly recommend.

   We had a very nice and accommodating waitress. The restaurant had many vegan options, too.

   We had a very good New Year’s Eve dinner. Cris was knowledgeable and attentive to our food preferences. Dry Martinis were well done and the Beef Wellington was the best experience overall on the 5 course menu we enjoyed. We like that hotel and Ocean Hi is a good match when we are there. Looking forward to it again!

   Our server John was awesome! Music though had to change, was slow holiday music on New Years Eve. Food was great and service was excellent, everyone there was attentive and spot on!

   Prix fixed New Year’s Eve meal was terrible. Wrong appetizer was brought out, salad was wilty, porcini mushrooms were indescribably awful, “flaming chocolate” dessert did not flame, cheesecake was dry and flavorless. Servers were all excellent and the decorations on the outdoor patio were fantastic. For such an expensive meal, the food left a LOT to be desired.

   We go to this restaurant at least several times a year. The New Year’s Eve dinner was terrible. Spring rolls were dripping oil, the sea bass was ok but everything else that came with it was awful. Even the presentation didn’t looked look appetizing. The short rib was dry. Lastly the chocolate desert… the outer shell was so hard you could not break into it. Did not taste good.

   We have repeatedly chosen to return to Ocean Hai each year over 6-7 years with our family. Currently, 87 to 13, but if you do the math our youngest was a mere young child on her first dining experience here. We have favorite beverages, appetizers, entrees, desserts. While they have updated the menu, new delights and treasured repeats continue to be exemplary. Oran Hai, Wyndham Grand, and Club Wyndham provide the most excellent experience year after year. With the greatest gratitude, we look forward to returning again.

   Originally booked the Holiday Tiki bar with hopes to grab a drink and then move inside for a full dinner, only to be told it had been canceled due to storm damage. We were still seated outside and given the full menu. The waiter took our drink orders around the time two other couples joined us outside. Our drinks arrived about 30 minutes after and our server was no where to been seen. The other couples already had drinks and orders placed before we saw our server again. He asked if we wanted appetizers, which seemed to be a sign that we better order something if we were hungry and wanting to ear. We ordered the Bao Buns. Another 30 minutes passed before he returned for our complete order. My drink was finished so I ordered another. We ordered the lo mein, gulf grouper and we were going to split an order of. The food (minus the drink) arrived roughly 20 minutes after. Food was good, but portions were a little small for the price. My drink arrived after dinner along with the check. The two couples who joined us had already eaten, paid and left well before we got our check. Total time of the dinner was about two hours. Not a great option for dinner, but works in a pinch. We had eaten at other hotel restaurants during the week and this would be the worst in our opinion.

   The food was below part – all three meals. The only thing worse was the service. The waiter had no personality and was completely unattentive. The only good thing was the manager. For this kind of money and for the lack of diners, one would expect much, much more. I will not be going back!
