They did not have my booking on the system. I had called2 days prior to book on telephone. The lady said no phone booking for lunch. So did open table. Reached there. NO RESERVATION. HOSTESS CLUELESS. We managed a table. Waiter and manager very good. Food good. We were there just for the day. So it was stressful

Cibo molto buono ma servizio troppo lento: siamo arrivati alle 12:40 ed andati via alle 14:15 senza essere riusciti a mangiare il dolce (eravamo già in ritardo sulla pausa pranzo). Questa lentezza ci ha rovinato pasto e giornata.. Peccato.

Strong perfume smells from the beauty counters in the department store interfered with the taste of the food. There was an open night at the store too and the music was too loud and inappropriate for the restaurant. Overall service was good and staff were helpful

Inaccettabile il menu differenziato tra giorni feriali e fine settimana, la mozzarella di bufala (core business) buona ... avrebbe dovuto essere eccellente

Sono stato a pranzo con la mia famiglia, appena arrivati ci fanno accomodare, ma iniziamo a vedere che il personale è spaesato: clienti che chiamano i camerieri e non vengono ascoltati, 30 minuti per prendere la comanda e 30 minuti dopo veniamo serviti; per di più i piatti erano tiepidi! Assolutamente da rivedere la gestione del ristorante, ve lo consiglio.

Locale in centro vicino all'ufficio. La qualità degli alimenti è valida ed i prezzi in linea con essa. Il personale è molto gentile ed attento alle esigenze delle persone. Consigliato.

Buon cibo ma l’ultima volta che siamo andati c’era un cattivo odore, a onor del vero in tutto il primo piano della Rinascente. Con la frequente apertura delle porte arrivava aria
