Oak Steakhouse Charlotte presents an innovative take on the classic steakhouse. Located in the established neighborhood of SouthPark, Oak Steakhouse offers a modern approach to steakhouse dining, serving farm-fresh dishes alongside steakhouse classics in a mid-century modern environment. The menu highlights the restaurant's relationship with local farmers and purveyors. The Wagyu steak was particularly outstanding, surpassing the quality found at other nearby establishments that offer the same cut. The swordfish, a new choice for me, was light and flavorful with a perfectly delicate texture. The Brussels sprouts and smashed red potatoes, were both delicious and well-executed, with shareable portions that were just the right size. The burger was impressively large, accompanied by a generous serving of fries.                                                                                                   We went for the Queen's Feast week and my partner and I both chose different items for each of the 3 courses so we could try a variety of items. First course was very good. Meatballs with polenta and CAB Fritters. For the main, my boyfriend had the curry chicken - which was delicious! I had the surf-n-turf as I rarely have steak and it was tender and flavorful. Dessert was the only slight disappointment. Chocolate torte was very rich, and we enjoyed it. The dulce de leche cheesecake was more of a bar dessert - thin and flat - but really had no flavor at all. Great service and cozy atmosphere.

It was my husband's birthday and there was a birthday card for him on the table when we arrived. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. We will definitely dine at Oak Steakhouse again.

Food was outstanding- highlight of the meal was the oysters Rockefeller. Each of our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sauces were a delicious accompaniment, and the sides were all wonderful. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the meal was paced well. The layer chocolate cake was big enough for 5 of us and delicious. Appreciate the kids meal. Can’t wait to come back, thank you for a great meal!

The team put together a card for my niece because we were celebrating her leaving for Navy boot camp. The food was phenomenal, service provided by Kevin was outstanding, and we had a wonderful dinner experience before she shipped out. The team there made it really special.
