                                                                                                  We started off the evening with The Herbalist cocktail and the Strawberry Fields Mocktail along with the Lamb Tartare and the Nori and Oyster Mushroom dishes and they were an excellent start to the night. For entrees, we had the Grilled Spanish Octopus which was cooked to perfection along with the Diver Scallop Risotto. The shaved fennel and pistachios in the risotto really took the dish to another level. 5 Stars all around and will certainly be returning to dine here again! The service was also very good and the food came out pretty quick considering how busy it was!

                                                                                                  I finally decided to step into OAK Long Bar + Kitchen after passing by countless times, and I’m so glad I did! The experience was nothing short of amazing. While I expected good food, it far surpassed my expectations—everything was incredibly delicious and expertly prepared. The atmosphere is stunning, with the timeless elegance you’d expect from a restaurant housed in the Fairmont Hotel. The space strikes a perfect balance between upscale and inviting, making it a great spot for a special night out. Equally impressive was the staff. From start to finish, they were warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personable, but they absolutely nailed it. If you’re on the fence about dining here, don’t wait as long as I did—it’s a gem worth experiencing.

The place was busy and loud - a great atmosphere and yet we could hear each other talk perfectly! Great surroundings and the food (lobster roll, Risotto, clam chowder, bread pudding) - and the bread itself ! - was outstanding. Our server was full of fun too. Highly recommended
