   Well, again, a great experience. The food, the service is spectacular. Of course we’re regulars…but we honestly say, each and every time, it’s responsive and delicious. We let Omar pick our wine…my wife and I have completely different palates. That said, it was perfect. Oysters are served beautifully, this time the seafood amase. Just incredible, oysters, crab, shrimp, tuna poke, and smoked salmon. If you’re a local or traveling to Galveston, stop here. Entertainment was perfect.

   Review Amazing meal! Our wonderful server was Irene (so). She was very helpful in answering our menu questions—and tolerant of my dad’s silly joking. 🙃 I had the local red snapper, my dad had the salmon, & my bonus mom had the 6 oz. filet. All excellent! The sides are family size. We had sautéed spinach, grilled asparagus (bernaise on the side), and the Madeira mushrooms. SOOO GOOD. I don’t eat gluten and my dad eats keto and we ate easily. Nice ambiance as well. We were here on a Friday. A nice sized crowd but not packed. Guitar player playing chill flamenco style. The manager, Daniel, stopped by the table so we gave him our report. Crème Brûlé was good and my bonus mom raved over the bread pudding. We’re celebrating birthdays and got gelato. The banana was great. The salted caramel was very mild and I could not have told you. It was salted caramel. Nonetheless, an excellent visit. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

   Dining at number 13 is always a very nice experience.. Last nite, there was also a wine tasting for locker members and dining customers.. Darko was our waiter and was beyond excellent in his service, recommendations, and great smile. Food was delicious. A little glitch in one appetizer but was quickly fixed by Darko.. The view is also very nice and relaxing to see. The entire staff from start to finish was very good and makes me return and other guests that dine with me. The manager ended the dinner with making sure all was correct and great dining.. I always recommend Number 13.. The fresh fish was a new one for me as I had never had red fish so fresh. Perfectly cooked. My guest enjoyed her scallops, salad and shrimp on ice.. Of course the chocolate cake tops everything off, plenty to take home ....

   We got off to a slow start with service due to some staff confusion with their stations, but once they cleared that up, it was EXCELLENT. Our server, Garrett, was knowledgeable and friendly. Our steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked. We even received a complimentary dessert for our patience. We very much enjoyed Number 13, and we will be back!

   Took forever to bring the food. Our customer was annoyed as were we. Had to ask the waiter and even then took forever to bring it afterwards. Not a happy experience.
