We've been to this restaurant numerous times and the food and service is ALWAYS consistent. Marco is a very attentive manager; sweet, kind, considerate. Our waiter tonight was Salem a very thoughtful, helpful, and efficient waiter. Alisha is always attentive and charming. The food is tasty and cooked to perfection. Veal and Shrimp parmigiana dishes are dynamite. Yet so are all the other dishes we've tried. They have this special appetizer with fried and baked Brie along with a cherry sauce plus quality prosciutto should not be missed. Oh, we sit in the piano room and love the piano player who accepts requests to your special songs.

Food was delicious only complaint was crab stuffed mushrooms didn’t have a lot of crab and were small everything else was wonderful

Novello always delivers! The food is excellent - the best grilled branzino anywhere - and the staff is attentive and gracious. The wine selection is top-notch and Marco is the epitome of the Italian host. Don’t miss it!

A really great dining experience with both food and service. Menu is excellent, and they also have great specials. Service is fabulous. Food is fabulous also.

The food was so delicious. I had Branzino and my friend had a veal dinner with broccoli rabe. Superb. We started on the outdoor patio and then continued on to the piano room. The music was lovely. A beautiful ending to a great night. I highly recommend.

How you would expect Salmon to smell ? If you were not aware, it comes from the ocean , it’s going to smell like fish. We had plenty of staff in attendance, however your 20 minutes late arrival while others at your table waited is the real reason. We do not have butler service. Sincerely, Novello Restaurant

Very disappointing! We were looking forward to dining at Novello since a friend recommended it to us. While the patio atmosphere was pleasant and the service very good, the food was lacking in flavor and presentation. My clams oreganata were nothing more than not very flavorful breadcrumbs on a shell. I couldn’t even find the clam in two of the six I was served.! My husband’s burrata was ice cold and not at all creamy. Instead, it tasted of refrigeration. My Dover sole was bland and accompanied by what seemed like a plain boiled potato and vegetable mix, and my husband’s veal chop was pounded too thin, breaded too heavily and overcooked, making it dry, despite the sauce and cheese. Portions were large, but really unappetizing and unappealing. We almost felt as though we were eating leftovers. Cocktails were good, and cannoli and coffee were ok, not the best. Prices were too high, even for the items we ordered, which we expect to pay a bit more for. I usually write favorable reviews, so I really regret having to type this one. Hopefully, improvements can be made.

Carlos was amazing. He was funny and smart. He made great recommendations. He was attentive. Food was great. Bronzino was fresh and perfectly cooked.
