   NOVA was a culinary experience and the venue is amazing. We had a lovely beachside dinner for 6. Food was delicious, wine was perfect and the ambiance can’t be beat. This is a must for anyone on the island.

   The waitress remembered us from a prior visit and was very attentive serving us at the table on the beach. The owners, Barney and Federico always do a good job!

   What a great restaurant. Small, away from the tourist-biased restaurants. Multiple tables of locals. Staff was amazingly friendly and informative. If we had more days here, we would go there again.

   Unique oceanfront restaurant using space in a cool old diving oriented hotel. Totally chill, outstanding seafood/sushi/mediterranean food, great service. The owner Gregor(Slovenian) is just an amazing man who explained the history of my Istrian background @ dinner! Sister restaurant is Bacaro which is also 5star but I much preferred Nova. Make sure to eat here!

   We had a wonderful experience. Our servers were great and did a wonderful job answering our questions. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our food and beverages. Would definitely come back again.

   From start to finish, Nova was outstanding. We ordered several small plates: snapper croquettes, grilled oysters, beef dumplings, and softball crab sliders. Every one of them was delicious and beautifully prepared. Last, but not least, the service was great and friendly. We especially enjoyed conversing with Gregor (sp?), the maitre d’. We will definitely go back!
