   We had table service and it took ages before anyone came to take our drinks order that they got wrong. That was the only time they came to our table to ask if we wanted any more drinks. When they finally arrived to take our food order we had to wait almost an hour for our dinner. The only other time they came to our table was with eftpos machine to settle our bill and then they charged us for the wrong table. They wanted me to pay more for our table than it was until I questioned them if that amount was correct. They reduced the amount by $8.00. It was my wife’s birthday and she normally likes the food, but last night it was the worst.. our steak was still bleeding a bit that it normally doesn’t. It was like they forgot about our meal and rushed it and the steaks didn’t rest long enough. Very disappointed and my wife said that we may not eat there again..

   Very good service, meal was great and good price. Menu could be a bit more generous. But overall very satisfied.

   The menu there isn’t much to choose from mainly seafoods. The customer service we received was average at best seem liked he didn’t want to be there and he mumbled which made it very hard to hear. Food was great and good portions

   Staff in the restaurant were very attentive and provided very good service. All of our group were very happy with meals the tapas were very tasty.

   Nice and friendly ambience but food experience was not memorable. The Rump Steak lunch special was dry and chewy and not enjoyable. Service was friendly and polite and very good range of drink choices available.

   Nice venue. Our first time here. Menu was a limited in terms of number of menu items. Steak was rare when we requested medium. Staff were friendly and efficient. Took a while to get a cocktail from the bar.

   We have dined in the restaurant many, many times before. Today, we took friends with us. We had booked a table as usual but were left standing at the desk for a long time waiting to be seated whilst staff just walked past us. There was no acknowledgement that we were there. After being seated, we made our selection but were still left waiting a long time to order. We had to ask a passing waitress for water. Two of the parties ordered the Christmas Roast. We were so disappointed with the meat. I expected ham carved off a bone. Instead, it was paper thin slices like you buy in a supermarket. The Turkey was not much better. There was one thin slice similar to the ham, plus two more pieces that did have the appearance of roast Turkey. I like my vegetables al dente, but these were barely cooked at all and were cold. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. The prawn meal was also barely warm. The only diner happy had steak. I appreciate it was the holiday season, but that is no excuse for bad service.
