   Overall, we had an OK evening. We were there to celebrate a special event with friends. We are repeat customers. Our server was fantastic and the food was good. Sadly, the table next to us either didn’t have the money to pay their bill or we’re trying to walk the check. Their 4 kids were running wild. It was horrible. The parents didn’t seem to care. Management and security guards were keeping them at their table. This went on for about 30 minutes, then all was well. A manager did apologize. I was surprised that because we had to take the brunt of what was going on, that nothing was done to compensate us for the inconvenience in some way . I don’t fault the restaurant for trying to get their money, but they failed to realize that others were being impacted. Being overlooked by management in that type of situation is almost as bad as getting horrible service or a bad meal. Not sure we will be back again.

   This is our second visit. There were 6 of us because we brought 4 friends with us the experience this new, to us, restaurant. I occasionally enjoy non meat dishes, especially salads, which I found here. One of our party thought the scallops were under cooked. Right away they brought her a new dish. We will return in the future.

   I love North Italia, it is by far my favorite restaurant. I love that the pasta and sauces are made in house, every dish I’ve tried is so fresh. I love knowing I’m going to a place where someone is actually making my food and not just heating it up. The white truffle garlic bread is to die for and the chicken Parmesan is my favorite entree but you really can’t go wrong. I’ve always gotten amazing service. Really can’t go wrong here

   First time I went to a North Italia, I had the most amazing bolognese. The pasta was amazing. But twice going back to that Birmingham location proved how good it was since the wait was over 1.5 hrs. So, to find a North Italia while I was visiting Houston was so exciting. I made a reservation for me and my Houston hosts, but a Sunday at 1pm proved not to be a problem. Everyone loved their food, and they even accomodated an allergy. We also had several appetizers and split an amazing lemon olive oil cake that I didn't get pictures of. Grazie mille!

   Karter our waitress was fabulous and shared many food and drink suggestions that were delicious! We really enjoyed the meal and her guidance.

   Food and service were very good. We both had salads with salmon. Salmon was cooked perfectly
