    For a Friday evening dinner with my wife and daughter, it just wasn’t what I would do again. The place isn’t a warm environment. There is better Basque food in town. I’m sorry for the negative review.

    Food was plentiful and pretty tasty. We went on Father’s Day so they served tomahawk steaks and lobster tails. It was pricey. But the place is charming, servers are friendly, and ambiance was just right. We will return.

    We made a reservation for breakfast that it seemed was not on their books. We got there about 15 min before our reservation which was 30 min after they opened. The door was locked (understandable for the young hostess being in the restaurant alone) she told us that the chef was not yet there and she would call to see if he was on his way. She said that he claimed to be 10 minutes away but we didn’t want to wait in an empty restaurant for likely 30+ minutes or more for him to prep the kitchen. We ended up leaving. We both worked in the restaurant industry previously so there is a level understanding we usually go into a restaurant with, but not having the chef there to open a restaurant is really disappointing. We were looking forward to patronizing the new location as my husband had previously been to their breakfast at the original location and I had never eaten there at all. We live close and want to try again in the future but this experience makes us quite hesitant to trust that we will get up early to enjoy a breakfast on our Sunday off from work. Possibly a Saturday breakfast there is busier to substantiate the chef opening the restaurant before opening time.

    Restaruant changed their prices in last few months. Alomost $50 per person. The lamb we were served was filled with fat and had no flavor. We used to love coming here last year. Will not return.

    What a disappointment! All 5 of us agreed that our meal was no place near worth the $46 per person price tag. The ribs were sketchy at best and the garlic chicken seemed like leftover fried chicken reheated with garlic on it. The only part of the meal that was acceptable was the soup and salad. If you want good reasonably priced basque food, try Benji's or Woolgrowers.

    Noriega’s was amazing! We had the oxtail stew and fried chicken - the Saturday night prix-fix - and it was so good. Save room, as it’s very easy to fill up before the mains come out, and they are worth waiting for. We were able to pack up the leftovers. Oxtail stew is just as yummy on day 2.

    I made this reservation for out of town guests, but did not attend myself. I had to rate ambiance and noise level to complete this survey so put a 3 star for both. My friends raved about the experience. Food, service, family atmosphere, they loved.

    We had high hopes, the food did not taste anything like it should have, The beans seemed like straight out of a can, salad was ok, soup was over salted, bread was dry as it it was several days old, for those who like rare steaks those were good, chicken was not good, The server brought out everything pretty quickly, you never had to wait for the next course, the wine tasted as expected, as did the blue cheese, the corn was also so salty it was not edible Somehow they need to learn how, where and exactly foods were purchased and prepared , because if they don’t they will be gone, really sad

    Expensive. Not as fabulous as I remembered. The food was plenty and the tongue was good but most of it was tasteless.
