   Beyond excellent. As someone from Montreal we are used to excellent dining. In this case it was beyond reproach. I recommend Nobu Manalapan to everyone.

   My girlfriend got her food, both courses, while I waited an hour for my appetizer to arrive. So she was done for 20 minutes before I got a morsel of food after sitting there for over an hour on Christmas Eve. So looks like they're still getting their act together. The management did apologize and took care of things the right way, but it wasn't the best experience. Hopefully, next time we go, things will be more in order.

   The food and service were spectacular. The ambience is temporary so I won’t comment. It would be lovely to have a child free dining room. I think Larry needs to raise the rates as the hotel guests are not at an educated, civilized level or have any sense of decorum, basic manners and dressed like they are at a Motel 6! Hopefully they require a dress code soon🙏🏻

   For diners familiar with NOBU this is NOT the same experience. This restaurant is a “pop up” in the Lobby of a lovely hotel . BUT it’s still a Lobby Bar even tho they try very hard to create an exclusive experience . Food is solid, service is excellent . But this is Not NOBU. It’s a dark corner of a very busy lobby.

   Not quite at the level of a NOBU that had experienced before. A makeshift space in a hotel. Staff was spotty but the food was good although the hotel setting took away from the experience

   We were greeted with “This is a Pop-up” restaurant with plans to expand into the NOBU we all know. Located in the Eau hotel this “Pop up” restaurant had no ambiance and felt like once they close for dinner the hotel opens up the room the next day to serve breakfast for the guests. Wouldn’t mind paying the NOBU prices if the ambiance matched the other Nobu’s.

   Nobu should notify guests ahead of time that this location is, in essence, a pop up that doesn't have anything design related to the other locations. Given that fact, the prices shouldn't be what they are at the other locations. It truly had no ambiance.

    Amazing dining experience! From the staff to the food & presentation. Our waiter walked us through what the chef recommends and nothing disappointed. We had the baby corn, new style sashimi, rock shrimp tempura, black cod miso, Japanese beef, and miso cappuccino. Delicious!! Definitely worth it. Make sure to book a reservation as it gets busy!
