   Food worthy of any Nobu, and forgiving the temporary setting in a hotel lobby, one still expects excellent service. We felt rushed to make decisions, that our leisurely pace annoyed the waiter (party of two we were still out in an hour and a half so we weren't unusually slow). Plates were grabbed out of the way before they were empty. The waiter spilled soy sauce on the carpet as pointed out by the neighboring table, only missing that gentleman because he jumped out of the way, but never apologized. Kudos to the runners who actually smiled and made us feel welcome, but the whole experience was disappointing.

   I've eaten at Nobu's Matsuhisa in Aspen many times and at Nobu London. I was hoping that the transition restaurant at Eau De Palm Beach would live up to its name. It totally did. The food was just the same highest quality both in unique flavors and presentation. The prices are, well, Nobu, but I am going here to have the "full monty" experience and was not disappointed. The sake menu has a number of size offerings for each type, which was a bit confusing. We picked a Nobu sake by the glass and, it was amazing. I'll be back when they move to a permanent setting in the hotel and, I am sure it will be amazing.

   did not realize i was going to be eating in a hotel lobby. you need to be more upfront about the temporary space, could not be more disappointed. server was great for the first half of the meal and then ghosted us as we were waiting to order entrees, did not offer desert.

   I am surprised that Nobu put its name on this pop up. Perhaps my expectations were too high. But this was not up to the Nobu name. I was disappointed and lesson learned - no pop up’s for me in the future.

   It is way too dark to eat comfortably. The food is great but so dark that you can barely see what your eating and that totally destroys the experience.

    Food is great limited menu compared to most NOBUs. Otherwise it was great and will go back
