The food was very subpar and not worth it even though it was all you can eat.

First of all I want to say that the food was amazing and our server,Henry, was on point and a great server for my friends and I. He made us feel welcomed and his drink suggestions were wonderful. We had the omikaze menu and during the meal it was a little annoying that it felt like every 20 seconds someone would be asking if we were done with our meal or try to take the plate when we weren't done yet. Also when we did the 5 course meal, it was served to us before all of us were present. Other places where I do course meals I assume it's customary to wait for the entire party to be present before laying the plates down and explaining the course. The music was a little loud and it was difficult to hear the description on each course. Wanted to try Nobu because I had heard good things about it, but the dining experience was a little lackluster for me and felt rushed. Food and drinks amazing and def held to their reputation.

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Nobu in Los Angeles, Barcelona, London, and Miami Beach. While the sushi in Barcelona and London was exceptional, I recently discovered a hidden gem in Miami, LA, Austin-Uchi. At this price point, Uchi delivers what is expected, and it’s worth the investment. However, my experience at Nobu was marred by several issues. The staff seemed inexperienced and uninformed about the restaurant’s offerings and customer service. They were primarily order takers and busboys, with no interaction with customers. To top it off, they called to confirm my reservation at 7 p.m. and informed me that I needed to leave by 9:15 p.m. because they had other parties scheduled. This lack of courtesy and consideration left a sour taste in my mouth. Despite being only half full the entire night, with more than 15 tables available, we left at 9 p.m. disappointed considering the time we had invested in getting there during rush hour. The fish was served like every other sushi restaurant in America and same limited fish offerings too. I felt nothing was unique and every piece of sushi the only sauce was soy to dip. Not very creative. Overall, my experience at Nobu was disappointing:(

We are regulars at Nobu but Thai time I was really Disappointed. It was my son’s birthday and at checkin he was wished happy birthday and also told a complimentary cake or something would come and to have a good time. He and I had a great meal, spent nearly $600 for 2 of us and yet felt robbed somehow. I know it’s probably not customary to say happy birthday and give complimentary anything, but just some decency and presence of mind or atleast knowing about a customer who’s reserved and mentioned occasion is birthday. It’s not about the free bee or complimentary whatever, it’s about being human and your ethics. Sad day .. but hey we paid for the food right so .. thank you.

Food quality has gone down year after year. Specifically the rock shrimp, the lobster salad.

Could not have had a better lunch experience from the time we enter to when we left. The chef was spot on in his recommendations. Look forward to coming back.
