   Ok food, excessive prices. We were really looking forward to dining with Nobu for our special occasion. I expected more from this establishment. The servers were unfriendly and inattentive. Not impressed and will not be returning.

   Our server Angela was excellent overall. We had a few things we already knew we wanted. But she did a great job filling in the gaps. We've been to several Nobu restaurants before, so we were already prepared for an overall surprise experience. She recommended a couple of things on the menu that were exclusive to Nobu NOLA. All turned out to be very satisfying. We also wanted a dry sake, and she brought out several examples for us to taste before buying a bottle. Thanks Angela. Well done.

   We had the greatest experience at Nobu. Everything was excellent! We did the omakase and it was amazing! Xavier was our server and he did a wonderful job. 10/10 we will be back.

   As always the food was great. The people were also fantastic, but the timing of plates coming out of the kitchen was incredibly uneven (did a tasting option). Long gaps followed by two dishes coming at the same time. Getting a beverage from the bar was also difficult. It took over 20 minutes to get the first drink. This was not their best night.

   Nobu never fails to delight and this one was just as wonderful! Andrea and Theodore were amazing and made us feel like we were the only ones there. If you ever get to New Orleans definitely go.

   We came to Nobu for my Birthday occasion and the experience was amazing! The ambiance, the servers waiting to provide the most clean and wonderful experience you can have. The food was amazing! The Hot Stone Wagyu is to die for! The Sake was so so good and the Shrimp Tempurah Roll are giving me flash backs. The music and vibes of this place is so cool as well as relaxing. Japanese spa vibes but think inside a really nice underground cave. Beautiful restaurant and I'm so happy Nobu is here in New Orleans. Perfect first experience! I can't wait to come back.
