Nineteen Hyaku is the newest concept from Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality located in the newly built Jefferson Bank Building. Enjoy a variety of items curated by our talented chefs that’s aimed to please any palate. Sushi Rolls, Tx Wagyu Steak over a live fire, Nigiri & Sashimi elegantly cut, craft cocktails with fresh ingredients, and a Sake list to compliment each unique flavor is awaiting you at Nineteen Hyaku. We hope to serve you soon!

Reservations are strongly encouraged, but not required. The bar is always open for walk-in dining.
Valet is located on the Grayson side of the building with a separate fee taken at the Valet stand.
Covered Parking is available in the Jefferson Bank Building. Validation is not available. Parking in the garage is free for the first 30 minutes with charges beginning after the 30 minute mark. Street Parking is also available in the area, please park to your discretion.

Food and ambience were excellent drinks were great. The unfortunate part about our evening were our food took over an hour to come out. Service was exceptionally slow and the waitress however be very kind and sweet accidentally canceled the whole groups order one of the single individual requested to cancel a specific Appetizer that was supposed to come out before his entrée entrée arrived. 45 minutes after ordered appetizer was told it would still be 20 minutes later however night was nice. They give us ice cream is comped at the end and comped a few drinks however we wouldn’t go back.

My group of 10 had an excellent experience here for a late dinner. Kayla was super friendly and attentive, and everyone loved the food and cocktails. Thanks for a great time!

Did not accommodate, but we were there to celebrate which was announcing a pregnancy to family, which was supposed to be a surprise until dessert. We thought the accommodation was done as it was supposed to be a surprise, but was never done.

Terrific modern design and layout with delicious, inventive menu and almost perfect service. Good acoustics so it never got too loud even when the dining room was almost full. Beautiful, inviting bar and cheerful staff.

The atmosphere was great. Overall, the service was lacking and simply took too long for how busy the restaurant was. The drinks were far better than the food. The quality and appearance of the dishes were not poor, but also not memorable. We will for sure try again and hope for a better experience.
