This restaurant provides a good quality beef and seafood ingredients. We went to this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. The restaurant was very full, so we could only get a reservation at 8:00pm . You have 120 minutes for the buffets .Overall, we satisfied the food and service.

I’ve been to many buffets before but this one was top tier all their seafood options were so nice and fresh! I especially loved the shrimp they had there where so big and delicious and they had this amazing light red sauce that made it spectacular and the lemonade tasted freshly squeezed I give this place a 10/10 and I highly recommend!

The first time we came here, there was a tasting menu and excellent service, great presentation of our wagyu served on dry ice with a special cow trophy before it was grilled in front of us. It was spectacular. I don't know why they changed things up, but now the tasting menu is gone, we sat at a table with a grill that never even got turned on while they piled plate after plate of all you can eat mediocre dishes in front of us, and watched people load up on shrimp at the buffet. It has gone from very special to very pedestrian and I'm very sorry to say we won't be back.

Wilson was very kind and helpful. He explained all the menu options to us. The seafood buffet was great. Some of the items on the menu like the mapo tofu weren’t in the buffet though. Overall a great experience

I recently had a disappointing experience at Niku X, and I feel compelled to share it. From the moment we arrived, things were off. The valet had a 20-minute line, which was frustrating, especially for a restaurant that touts an upscale experience. I understand it can get busy, but waiting that long just to have our car taken was not the start we expected. When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been given away. Later, the host informed me that they had given our table to a large party. When I asked if they had overbooked, she explained that they had decided to give the party our table to make them more comfortable, as they were originally planned to be seated at a smaller table. This seemed like poor planning to me--especially considering we had a reservation and were left without a spot. What followed was a complete of our time. We were left waiting around with no clear communication from the restaurant about how long we'd need to wait or when we might actually be seated. The situation was frustrating, to say the least. After a long time waiting for answers the only option they offered us was a grill-less table at a much higher price point of $140 per person. Given the circumstances, this felt like an attempt to upsell us, rather than make up for the inconvenience they had caused. Needless to say, we decided to leave. To make matters worse, the ambiance of the restaurant was lackluster and far from the sophisticated, upscale vibe we had been expecting. The space felt underwhelming, with no real attention to detail in terms of design or atmosphere. It didn't align with the level of service or pricing that one might anticipate from a high-end spot. To add insult to injury, the only option they offered us was a grill-less table at a much higher price point of $140 per person. Given the circumstances, this felt like an attempt to upsell us, rather than make up for the inconvenience they had caused. Needless to say, we decided to leave. the staff didn't

Meats were amazing and so was the nigiri and sashimi. Not amazing was their crab, lobster tails or prawns. These items were served cold, hard to crack and/or stuck to the shell, making it almost impossible to eat. Everyone knows to add a little vinegar when cooking to help release from the shell and/or to soften shell. Tables were tiny for buffet style meal and the desserts were lacking and nothing special. Two people, no drinks other than tap water and final cost with Tip was over $350. Again, meats were amazing, everything else was good, but almost impossible to eat. Lastly, the service was fabulous and although some items took a long time to come out, I would still say the service was above par.
