   What a find, inside the Hilton a very intimate space, With a tidy menu, we had the bone marrow, beet salad, chefs cut prime rib, all fantastic. Service is on par along with the price. If you’re tired of the same O same O you gotta try this place. Will return soon.

   Fabulous brunch experience. It was a working brunch today, but a place we will definitely frequent from now on. Fantastic service from seating until the goodbyes. Our greeter/host, server, manager (Alexis) all were wonderful. Service was prompt and friendly. We appreciate the patience and consideration needed to accommodate the ASL interpreting needed for a few in our party. Food was delicious. We went for waffles for 3 of us and avocado toast for one, all very satisfying. Appreciated the parking validation and the mention of a reminder to get it done before we left.

   The food and beverage program at Nick’s Quorum is thoughtful curated and paired with outstanding service! The bartender and manager were amazing and so kind. I highly recommend a filthy martini and oysters rockefeller for a quick bite!

   Service was awesome, our server was the best. Most of the food was just “OK”. Some things were done good and others were poor. The Bloody Mary was simply tomato juice and liquor; it lacked flavor and imagination. The overall price for the food ordered was significantly higher than we would typically justify. We wouldn’t go out of our way to return, but it’s a convenient stop if you stay at the hotel it’s connected to.

   I had the best experience!! I have now been to Nick’s Quorum for brunch and dinner. Both times were amazing! The pancakes at brunch were the best I have ever had. I think about them often and need to go back for more. This is a hidden gem!
