   We had an outstanding dining experience at Linny’s Restaurant. The food was absolutely incredible. We started with the challah bread, mushrooms, chicken liver pâté, Kasha, Caesar salad, and the fluke and fennel—every bite was full of flavor. For the main course, we tried the New York strip steak, the Romanian, lamb neck, and the pastrami. While all the dishes were exceptional, the lamb neck truly stood out, melting in your mouth with rich, savory notes. We paired our meal with a bottle of Amarone, which complemented the food perfectly with its robust, velvety profile. But what truly sets Linny’s apart isn’t just the amazing food. The décor is beautifully curated, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the service unparalleled. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel completely at home. They turned a wonderful meal into a truly memorable experience. If you’re looking for a restaurant that combines phenomenal cuisine with a vibrant setting and incredible service, Linny’s is the place to go.

   People have been raving about Linny’s, calling it a 12/10 on social media, and honestly, I was skeptical. But after trying it myself, I can confidently say it EXCEEDED my very high expectations. For 2024, we’ve been trying one new restaurant each month, and none have surpassed an 8/10 for us—or left us wanting to return. But Linny’s truly lived up to the hype with its 12/10 experience. Even though I have a growing list of 40+ restaurants to try in Toronto, I’ll definitely be going back. Service is a HUGE part of your experience, our server, Maor, was a highlight of our night! Easily one of the best servers we've ever had. We opted for the chef’s menu and initially worried it wouldn’t be enough food. It turned out to be perfect! The smaller portions allowed us to try more dishes, which was exactly what we wanted. Highlights included: The chicken liver: so many unique flavours The fluke and fennel: my favourite!!! The bread served with jam and cheese: delicious. Tomatoes with pickles: so tangy, so good. The pastrami: not something I’d typically order, but Maor insisted it was a must—and he was right! The steak: perfectly cooked with just the right amount of salt. Linny’s has set the bar ridiculously high. If you’re considering it, go—just go. You won’t regret it!

   Incredible Sommelier named Kat, she was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I showed interest in the restaurant design and she took the time to show me around. What a lovely experience… we’ll be back soon!

   Linny’s has the best pastrami I’ve ever had, it melts in your mouth! The steak was cooked to perfection, the cesar salad was delicious, loved the fries and the oyster mushrooms. To finish off, they have a chocolate babka that’s to die for. Our waiter Sam was very nice and he is an amazing server. All the staff is very friendly including Blaze and Roy who work at the bar. The decor of the restaurant is lovely and it’s very clean! The ambiance is very warm and the jazz music they play is very lovely.

   Amazing experience all around! Did the $125/person set menu and it was a great tour of a bunch of Linny’s offerings. Really delicious and great service!!

   The service and ambiance was great. Notable dishes were the challah and fluke and fennel. The fries were perfectly crispy and the broccoli was very flavourful. However, the ribeye was average, it lacked flavour but cooked properly yo medium rare.

   Amazing service, food and music/vibes. Elevated but not pretentious. The chicken liver toast and Pastrami are a must 👌🏻
