   We ALWAYS have a great experience at Native Son. Valentines night was no different. They were packed out and still gave us excellent service and the food was on point! 10 out of 10. The vibe is such a cozy yet big city feel, we can’t love this place enough! Just go!

   Very nice restaurant, very friendly staff, food was great a bit expensive. Very crowded and loud, but it was Valentines Day. Overall great! We will go back!

   Our waitress was amazing! Check on us constantly and took dirty plates before we could ask. Very welcoming atmosphere! We will definitely be back.

   Great atmosphere, highly recommend a reservation, the shandy cocktail is amazing, and save room for the banana pudding! The seating is close, which ended up being pretty great because we met some local people we would not have otherwise!

   Warm and welcoming vibe. Family run and it shows. We felt like instant neighbors. The solo guitarist on Friday night was a nice addition. Great sound. We will be back!

    Extraordinary. This entire experience was extraordinary. It’s rare to find a restaurant of this caliber in a town this size. Although the place is always full of customers, your table is ready and waiting for you at your reservation time. That alone is incredible. But the quality, freshness, presentation and the flavor of the food takes the show! I had the grilled red fish with butter beans and Brussels sprouts. It had such a fresh and full flavor. My wife had the cheeseburger with waffle fries. A great sized burger cooked extremely well and very juicy. And of course I can’t forget to mention the banana pudding! I truly have not a single complaint from our visit to Native Son. Great food, wonderful drinks, and a caring staff. This place will be here for years to come.
