   Our first experience with Napoli was in Chesterfield, at Napoli Bros. We were very impressed and decided that we were going to try all the Napoli restaurants. Our server here in Kirkwood was Michael and he was spot on, he knew his menu well and even recommended a few dishes. He was attentive but not intrusive, he was very pleasant. The food…what can I say, it was delicious; as was the Napoli Bros location, and each time a manager stopped by the table to check on us. We’ll be back after we check out the other locations, Sincerely, Jim & Tammy

   We’ve been to Cafe Napoli in Clayton many times but this was our first time to Napoli in Kirkwood. We had an amazing experience. Our waiter was amazing, the manager was involved and attentive as well and looked after every detail. The drinks and food were amazing and the atmosphere was excellent. We will definitely be back. I would recommend this place to locals or travelers alike.

   Napoli Kirkwood was perfect. Nice ambiance, quality of food was excellent. Broccoli was a little salty for me personally. Service was exceptional. I wouldn’t expect anything else from the Napoli franchise.

   I feel like these Napolis are just turning into mediocre Italian restaurants. I had one bite of my Arancini and asked the young lady if I could box it up since I had a lot of food coming. She said oh sure. I’m catching up with my friend who I haven’t seen in months. At some point a young man comes by and takes my plate of broccoli that I hadn’t even tried yet, but planned on taking home with the arancini. We sign our bills get ready to go and I said to my friend I have no boxed up food, so that was a $75 meal I paid for. I got the chicken Marsala and the chicken was extremely hard to cut. At that point we wanted to go and I wasn’t about to make my friend wait for me to find out what the hell happened to my $14 arancini that I took one bite of. Anyway; I don’t need to go back to any of these places.

   This first dining experience at Napoli Kirkwood and we were not disappointed. The service was impeccable and our meal was excellent with some of our favorites from all the other Napoli locations. Beautiful decor with generous outside seating for the upcoming warm weather.

   Great service and the food was excellent. The service from the front of the house to bartenders to waiter was top notch. we will be back!!

   The appetizers were great - shrimp cocktail & eggplant. I had the linguini pasta special, which was excellent! The three out of four of us were very pleased with our dishes, but the one person who ordered the chicken Milanese was not too pleased with it. Said it seemed like it was something they pulled out of the freezer - like chicken tenders & dry. A sauce on the side would have been good with it. Otherwise, our overall experience was great. Our server was very attentive & excellent too. Love the ambiance too!
