“NAPA” comes from Thai word meaning ‘The blue infinite’. “NAPA” Thai Cuisine was founded in June 2018 by a Thai family owned enterprise and renowned for its authentic Thai dishes. The a la carte dishes derived from authentic recipes which have been adapted into a modern context suitable for NAPA’s dining ambience. “NAPA” combines the highest quality ingredients and age old recipes, thus, in this regard “NAPA” is truly Thai in spirit. Everything about our meal was exceptional! Everything! The staff is always friendly, helpful, attentive, and just a delight. Our meal was great, the food was delicious, better than great! THe jerky app was excellent, the salads were amazing, the entrees also fantastic. My wife had the "spicy fish pad phed" yummy, I had a shrimp special red curry with a name I can't spell or remember but it was also fantastic. Just a terrific dining experience!!!

My girlfriend is Thai. NAPA is the most authentic, upscale Thai food being served in the DFW Metroplex and we have tried them all. Most Thai restaurants in Dallas are Americanized versions of Thai food. That’s great, but if you want the real deal, It’s well worth the drive to Colleyville. Excellent food, beautiful setting, and a wonderful , welcoming staff make this a 5-star experience. We can t wait to go back!

Napa Thai never disappoints! The service is top shelf from the moment you arrive until you leave. Cocktails are refreshing. Appetizers are delicious- edamame and shrimp are favorites. Entrees are always prepared fresh and arrive at your table piping hot. Favorites include basil rice with chicken and rice with shrimp. You can’t go wrong. Encourage a reservation to make sure you don’t wait too long.

The Chilean Sea Bass w/Teriyaki Glaze was excellent! It was cooked perfectly, and a very close second to the Hosin Chilean Sea Bass at Eddie V’s. We also enjoyed the Thai Beef Jerky. My husband’s Chicken Yellow curry was also quite good. Too spicy for him, but perfect for me. The service and staff were great! This will now be our go to.

Great service, reliable cuisine, interesting menu. Great location in Colleyville, unobtrusive music (not annoying), attentive staff, good selections on the menu. Highly recommended.

Best Thai food in the metroplex!! Love the great appetizers. The seafood dishes are all great. Try the Chilean sea bass teriyaki
