   Visited the Stonecrest location a couple weeks after it was opened. Previously had been to the original location a handful of times. Physical space - plenty of parking. nice enough but nothing remarkable aside from the bar space which is very nice. Overall it’s too bright and loud. Music too loud given the acoustics. Conversations carry across the space and loud parties overwhelm everyone else. Service - Hostess was polished and prompt. Waiter was quite inexperienced as you would expect so early on. He was very pleasant and engaging however. He was also clearly trying hard to do a good job. He just needs more reps and maybe some education. The house manager was assisting the wait staff which is always fine but he managed to clear my silverware and replace it with only a fork a no knife. I ended up with 2 cloth napkins eventually. Usual kinks being worked out by a new place. The bill paying process is electronic and very awkward for a place at this price point. Either leave us an electronic device or print out the receipt. Drinks - good selection of alcoholic options. I asked for a sparkling water and I think I received club soda. At this price point I should be getting at least a bottle of San pellegrino. Food - mussels were cooked well but the liquid contained too much mustard. Just too heavy a hand with the mustard flavor. Some is fine. Toast with the mussels was a challenge to chew even with liquid saturation. Charcuterie board- the selections were good but we received no bread or cracker to eat with it which was unusual. Halibut - cooked well but again too heavy hand with mustard flavor. Filet mignon cooked well and nice flavor. Overall a decent start with many opportunities.

   Such a nice environment. Nice to have another option in this area. Menu is fine, drinks are good and ambience is comfortable.

   The service was horrible. Once our food arrived the waiter was no where to be found. Several in our group ordered steak that was under cooked. Also they asked us to move to the bar so they could have our table. The desert had not arrived and we still had a half bottle of wine. The staff definitely needs more training.

   Our waiter made the experience so fun! Yeti was so professional, efficient and timing was on point! I will ask for him when we return. Lovely restaurant.

   The food was very good, very tasty. We usually eat at the Myers Park location but decided to try the new location. It was a VERY busy night and the service reflected that. Only half of my dinner came out when everyone was served - by the time this was rectified everyone else at the table had finished eating. That put a bit of a damper on the evening. But, the restaurant is beautiful inside, the food was very good, parking is plentiful, and the waitstaff was very apologetic for the misstep. But I think we will stick to the Myers Park location until Stonecrest works out the bugs.
