   8pm reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:40. Only real complaint, everything else was great.

   We had a 7:45 reservation and it was 9pm before we were seated and got our drinks. Food was average. Ambiance felt like a big chain restaurant. Servers were very kind.

   Everything was excellent. Had to wait longer than expected for table. Arrived 10 min early for 7pm reservation and was told it would be closer to 7 before table was ready. We didnt get seated until 7:25. If they had told me a longer wait, then we would have gone to the bar for drinks. Also, we weren't aware the Valentine "special" got cancelled. I understand it was a supply issue. We actually spent less and had drinks with dinner. No Valentine vibe at all, which would have been nice.

   Still one of our favorites. I will say it was very busy and the staff seemed to be struggling to keep up. Not enough that it was a bad experience but it was noticeable. We will for sure be back.

   Website stated their Valentines pre fixe menu would be available the 14th and 15th but that was not the case. Once we were seated 25 minutes past our reservation time, the waiter told us that menu was just for the 14th. Since we had waited so long we decided to stick it out and just order off the regular menu. One of us ordered a cocktail and the other stuck with water but we were given two cocktails in error. This was a preview of the lackluster service we would receive during our meal. We ordered a starter and a Caesar salad to start and then two entrees. After 30 minutes and seeing tables around us who ordered after us getting their food, we inquired about our starters. We were told the kitchen lost our ticket and that a manager would come around to apologize. That of course never happened. We received our starters shortly thereafter and didn’t have to wait too much longer for our mains. The food was good but again, to wait almost 80 minutes was ridiculous. Thankfully the starter and salad were taken off the bill but their handheld payment device already had preselected tip amounts and were unable to see an itemized bill until after the transaction was made. Of course when I received the printed copy I notice that the tip amount is based on the total bill including taxes, which is absurd. Needless to say, special occasions are not their forte and I suggest limiting the amount of reservations instead of cramming us all into every available nook and cranny.

   It took forever to get the food, however it was good. We ordered filet mignon with mash potatoes and Brussels sprouts...Imy husband ordered fries and he said that they did not taste good. I only received 3 Brussels sprouts with a table spoon if potatoes. It was like they were running shirybof food. The wait before the reservation was interesting, but after 7:00pm I heard as we were leaving was 35 minutes behind reservation schedules. Overall we made the best of it!

    My experience with Napa of Kingsley was great. My Valentine’s Day was made extra special by choosing this restaurant. The food was great. The ambience was great. My waitress was a little slow, but another waitress took up the slack and we didn’t miss a beat so I will be returning to this restaurant as soon as possible
