   Hostess very welcoming and happy to guide if you are unfamiliar with the menu. Food very tasty. We had a nice leisurely lunch.

   Small restaurant, decorated with lots of Ethiopian symbols, lots of bright colours,a breath of African sunshine in the dark days of January in Edinburgh . It was comparatively quiet the night we went we were there . We were 6 and I think there were another 13 people in different groups I reckon the restaurant can manage about 40 . Noise level was really good. There was what I guess was Ethiopian music really nice but you could easily talk over it. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming ,Muna was quite a character and looked amazing in really bright colourful clothing. Tried honey wine really nice and two sharing platters one with meat one vegan we ate it all, really interesting spicy flavours. Overall a really relaxing pleasant evening in comfortable surroundings with good staff and great food.

   Absolutely amazing experience. My first time trying Ethiopian Cuisine and I will definitely be going back. Very inviting atmosphere, great food, attentive service with great recommendations from the staff and Muna is lovely it felt like a dinner at her home. Would highly recommend if you’re ever in Edinburgh.

   The whole experience was fantastic. Ambience, food, service. Definitely a 'must visit' for anyone who want to try something a little different.

   really enjoyed our Ethiopian meal. injera was excellent, meat and vegetables very tasty. also enjoyed the Ethiopian beer. I am not a mead fan but it was wonderful to see Tej on offer too. very jolly decoration and kind staff helped add to the ambience. highly recommend.

   Delicious Ethiopian food; I’d recommend choosing the Teff Njara even though you may have to pay a little more and wait a little longer. Muna’s cooking is amazing and you’ll be able to tell her yourself; she is very present in the convivial, welcoming dining room! The day we went she was missing waiting staff and running the front of house and the kitchen herself- a bit of a longer wait for food, but more impressively, a herculean effort from Muna!
