   We hadn't been at Mr. Mikes for about a month and we had some shopping to do in Fort Sask, so we made a reservation for 4:00pm to have something to eat before heading home. We made it for Happy Hour because we were interested in trying some of their appetizers instead of a big supper. We tried three different items off the appetizer menu and ordered one at a time. All our choices were delicious. of course we had to have a glass of beer with the food. Excellent service - very pleasant server - we will be going back.

   2 of our steaks were overcooked, by alot. So 2 of our party of 6 had to wait for our new steaks while the rest of us ate our dinner. About 15 mins later we were brought new steaks, but only steaks. The rest of our food on our 1st dinner.was cold by that time. We had to ask to have new plates of food because the rest of our food was cold by the time our proper steaks arrived. Once we finally got our entire meals the food was good. But had to eat after the rest of our party. We were offered to take home the original meals "for free" and give $10 off our total bill. Was not impressed with the compensation. I would have expected to get one of the meals at least removed from the bill. This is a steakhouse with literal pictures of the doneness in the menu. Med rare and med steaks were both well done. Our server was fine and we did not take this out on her. I actually felt bad for her that she had to bring 2 steaks to people with cold food sitting at their spots. And then to have to try to be excited about offering us $10 off a $220 bill. I mean if not 1 meal removed, they could have at least offered 10% off the bill. We may or may not be back.....not because of the error, but how it was handled by management.

   As always, the food was fantastic and it’s consistent every time. This is our go to place for a nice dinner out.

   The food was fantastic as usual. They’re consistent every time and they know how to cook a steak properly to the right temperature for what you ordered. So happy that we have a higher end restaurant like this in Fort Saskatchewan that has such great food and service.

   Made reservations because I wasn’t sure how busy they would be, probably would have been okay as just a walk in. Nonetheless, our table was marked reserved and we were seated right away. Waitress seemed quite new, a little unfamiliar with the drink menu. Appetizers and the entrees came within 10 mins of each other which made us feel rushed, and she also practically ran the machine to us at the end of the meal. Food was good though, large portions, hot and decently seasoned. Spin dip appetizer was delicious!

    Food was excellent. They really know how to cook a steak and they are very consistent every time we go. Steak bites were next level.
