The food at this establishment was excellent, and our server, Anna, was incredibly professional and attentive throughout our meal. However, we had an issue with the receptionist, who decided to change our reservation for a table in the patio area, which resulted in an uncomfortable experience for us. Overall, while the dining experience was enjoyable, the seating change impacted our visit.

Always willing to accommodate. My group was sat next to a rather noisy table. The Moxies team was prompt to hear our concern and accommodate our table request. Great to know everyone is always having such a blast here.

My food came but my partner’s food didn’t come for another 15 minutes. Apparently they overcooked the steak and decided to refire it- but no one told us. Generally the server was unavailable and anyone we tried to flag down to find out where the plate was ignored us. I’ve been here many times. Definitely disapointed.

Amazing NYE experience. Thank you to all the staff at the Richmond Hill moxies for making the night top notch! We ordered the NYE meal and it exceeded our expectations. What made the night was the collection of hosts, servers and management that really went out of their way to make it a special night. Best service of 2024 !
