Established in 2001 by French Chef Thierry J., Mosaic Cuisine is a family-owned modern French fusion restaurant with different accents from around the world. Mosaic offers unique gastronomic options in a relaxing restaurant atmosphere where you can dine out and have nice conversations among friends.

Throughout the menu, you may recognize a variety of dishes from different cuisines around the world, such as waffle French toast from Belgium, tomato and pesto potage from Palermo, Italy, artichoke and spinach dip from the USA, or chocolate financier direct from heaven. Although over the years we have become famous for our waffle-centric brunch, extensive coffee bar, and versatile kitchen which is always willing to accommodate special requests or dietary needs, Mosaic Cuisine is also a place to enjoy one of the most classic dinner French dishes like “bœuf bourguignon” or the flawless “steak pommes frites” amongst other international dishes

This used to be the best place for any type of food in our area - from breakfast, to lunch, to brunch, and also dinner. But lately, they have gone downhill. Everything is gone bad. The service is no longer great (it takes forever to get the order. In two separate occasions the order came wrong). It takes forever now to get our drinks. The waffles are still second to none, but the overall food is no longer amazing. The appetizers came cold, and they came together with the main courses on a previous visit. I am sad to report that overall dining experience at Mosaic has gone down hill. I used to love this place.

We always have an amazing time here! Everything is perfect or they instantly fix it to the point you forget anything happened. Everything comes out perfect and tastes so delicious!

Mosaic is always a pleasant place to have lunch with a friend. The food is always good and the lunch special is just right. The wait staff are always friendly and helpful.

Met a friend for lunch who I have not seen in awhile. No rushing either which was great, as was the service. Our food was delicious and we enjoyed sitting in our comfy booth too!

The restaurant was frigid; we had to eat with our coats on. Some of the food came out cold right from the start. Our appetizers were served at the same time as the main courses resulting in a overcrowded table with food just sitting there and getting colder.

Today was my first time there, me and my sister are always looking for brunch spots and we find this so randomly, but was pretty good. The staff were so kind and friendly, the place has the perfect concept to brunch. The food and prices were good too! We’re definitely going back and try more meals and drinks!

I was at Mosaic for a Sunday brunch. The food and service were good, but the noise level was unbearable. It was really hard to have a conversation with my friend, which was quite annoying. I will go again if the restaurant is not as busy.
