My husband and I went to Morton’s for my birthday, we made reservations and sat at the bar that’s when the start of a terrible evening began. The bartender was too busy to address us and when he finally asked what we wanted to drink it seemed as if we inconvenienced him. I ordered the onion soup to start and waited over 30 minutes then asked the bartender where the soup was to which he responded and said” I don’t know how it usually works someone brings the food from the kitchen to the bar”. Wow. Then he said he’d check. Then hub and I ordered the Wagyu filet which was over cooked unflavored and just sad. As a side we had the loaded baked potato that was not fully cooked. We took the steak to go for our dogs and unbelievably, paid 220 dollars for below fine dining grade crap. Please know I’m an international diner and prior to becoming a legal professional, I worked in fine dining for 8 years….UNACCEPTABLE!! Jennifer Rivers

The food is always delicious and the bartenders are awesome. Jeff and Ed really know how to make a delicious espresso martini.

I have had better food, the service was terrible, and the arrogant waiter did not meet expectations. We work in the restaurant industry, and they need to train their waitstaff with proper manners.

We were pleasantly surprised on New Years Eve everything was perfect. Delicious claims on the half shell, filet migon, sautéed spinach with Mushrooms, wine selection, and deserts! Friendly service, especially on a busy Holiday!

This location keeps getting better and better. Shrimp Cocktail has the largest shrimp in Westchester with homemade cocktail sauce. The carb cocktail was excellent. The wine special gets you a Duckhorn Cab bottle for under $100 and the steaks and desserts were excellent. If you like a little action , sit in the bar area high tops- Jeff is an awesome server

Silverware was not replaced for dessert. Not offered any salt or pepper, etc . The soap in ladies' bathroom was not dispensing soap properly and bathroom stall would not lock.
