   Excelente servicio de principio a fin. La calidad de la comida espectacular. Empleados sobresalientes en todo los aspectos donde elevan la experiencia del cliente. Recomendado tanto para cena romántica como también en compañía de amigos y/o familiares.

   First off, This was my second time coming here and will be the last time I come here. To give some context….when my husband brought me here 3 years ago, we were seated at a window by the water upon our request and I even got a personalized menu saying, “Happy birthday, Audrey.” When we came back this time, the service went from worse to even more worse. Mind you, I booked this reservation in advance. We asked if we could be seated by the water as it was my husbands birthday and despite the moderate crowd, there were a few not right on the window, but maybe a table over which would have been fine. We were told the arrangements were already set and there were no other seats we could choose from. We were also told we couldn’t sit at a table that was right next to a table being served because it was a five seater when there was a couple sitting on the opposite side of them, close to the window, at a five seater table. We then saw 2 other women come in and be seated in a booth right next to the first seat they kept trying to make us sit in, when we were just told we couldn’t sit there because of it just being the 2 of us. We brought it up to the host and asked if we could then sit in the booth next to them, to be told no because the server for that particular booth didn’t come in yet…I’m sure you can understand why we had to scratch our heads. From there, we moved seats after speaking with the manager to a spot that wasn’t that much better but we accepted it…it was right in front of a private party inside the room right behind us. Lots of traffic. I also asked my waiter for lobster bisque and he simply forgot and only came with our meals. We had to remind him of straws we asked for and when my husband placed an order for reposado with no sugar or salt on the rim, the waiter came with a glass with sugar on the rim. Oh and the menu….i requested a special menu like my husband did for me saying happy birthday from Morton’s with my husbands name, however we didn’t get that

   Loved our dinner at Morton's San Juan. Our server, Edgar, was so good! Even on a very busy Valentines day, we had a wonderful experience. Food was 10/10 too. Several managers came by to check on things. Very well run establishment. We'll be back.

   Everything went well from the beginning. Our waiter Edgar was very helpful and attentive with us. My wife was very impressed and very happy.

    After ordering and receiving our drinks, the waiter disappeared for over 10 minutes. We ordered a 16 ounce porterhouse and a good part of the steak was fatty. Our sides were OK, nothing outstanding, the onion rings were greasy. It was so loud in the restaurant that we could not have a conversation across the table, and we were a party of two.
