   Massively disappointed when 3 of our 4 steaks at our table were overcooked. Big let down when they can’t even get this right. Look elsewhere for steak.

   Only request would have the table cleared once we finished with dinner. We had a lot of plates sitting around as we tried to wrap up our visit.

   Service was great and food was amazing. Our server Carlos was very knowledgeable and very attentive. It was a great birthday celebration.

   Absolutely amazing… accommodate me so well every time. The lobster Mac and cheese is the best in the world… just wow every single time. I’m jealous of the people that work there

   The waitress was very nice Unfortunately my mothers soup was cold and had to be sent back to warm The shells and crab was luke warm the ravioli was luke warm Very unfortunate

   Great anniversary dinner but I wish we were not placed by the main entrance from the kitchen to the dining room. But I guess the young hostess doesn’t know about taking care the placement of a couple celebrating 47 years together. I would have said something but when we first sat down it wasn’t busy. But by the end of the dinner lots of walking back and forth. But our meal was awesome, service was amazing and valet helped due to the rain!

   The service was above and beyond. They made our Christmas celebration extremely special. A special shoutout to the manager. We had some confusion with our coupons we purchased through COSTCO. The errors or confusion were solely on our side, but thanks to the manager's patients and explanations we were able to get it worked out and benefit from the discount cards we had purchased. He was amazing. We wish we had gotten his name, but he was the Manager on site at 5 o'clock. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    We chose to have our Christmas day dinner at Morton's due to the advertisement of a delicious looking chateaubriand dinner for two. When we arrived there was no " Merry Christmas" given or any salutation for that matter, simply a stare waiting for us to explain why we were there After being seated we were attended to by a very talkative waiter who shared that he has worked at Morton's since it opened. Of course we expected excellent service. We were presented menus sans the advertised special that brought us in. When I asked about it, the waiter looked confused for a moment and then said, " Oh, yes. I think we might have that special" He then brought us small 3 x 5 pieces of paper with the very tiniest font printable When ordering, I had to tell the waiter what was available on the special. Fast forward, I had to ask twice for bread and failed to receive it until we sat staring at our soup for five minutes. My husband and I sat at a table for four so, I placed my coat and purse on the chair to my right in plain sight. When the waiter scraped the crumbs from the tr table after the main course, instead of scraping them into his hand, he scraped them off the table and onto my coat. He then laughed and said, " I'm new" and simply walked away. I then asked for our desserts " to go". The waiter said, "certainly" and brought them out and served them to us on plates. We didn't say anything and tipped him well as it was Christmas day, but, honestly this waiter was not a high end steakhouse quality server. He may be better off at a Crate and Barrel. Needless to say, we will not return.
