Our steaks came out one of them overcooked the other was cooked perfect inside but overly charred on the inside. We ordered the dessert during the entree as instructed as they take 30 minutes to cook and we were told 15 mins after waiting they had just started the dessert. They were very kind and did comp us our dessert, but overall did not feel it met the value.

This Morton’s location has only been open for about 3 weeks, so it’s not unexpected to have a few areas of improvement needed. This was the case when wife and I had dinner recently. The place was not especially busy and we were seated promptly. We ordered cocktails, which came in short order and were delicious. Thereafter, we ordered shrimp and crab meat cocktails, Caesar salad, and our entrees of 12 oz filet for myself, and lobster ravioli for my wife. Our server brought out bread, and then the food started arriving with each each course coming out before we were finished with the previous one. Too fast paced…good for a diner, but not for a place like Morton’s. The food was all good, but my medium rare filet came out too well done. I never send food back for any reason because of horror stories I’ve heard, so I ate my filet as it was. A quality steak, but dried out for my taste. Wife’s lobster ravioli was delicious, as were our apps. The only other thing to note is the music is too loud, not compatible with fine dining. All in all, a pleasant experience with some improvement needed, which most likely will happen as they get the experience. We will most likely go back in the future.

We were very disappointed in the in the quality of the steaks. We ordered two filet mignons, medium rare, and one came out correctly cooked while the other was medium to well. The steaks were very "mealy" as though they had been frozen and thawed in a microwave. Definitely not the quality one expects of a $300 (with tip) meal.

We celebrated our 35th anniversary last night at Morton’s steakhouse. All I can say is WOW they really paid attention to the little details and made us feel very very special. When we were greeted, every single Host wished us a happy anniversary. Our table had rose petals on it. We had special menus that they had printed happy 35th anniversary on. They took our picture, printed it out and wrote a nice note on the back. Everything was above par. I highly recommend Morton steakhouse for a special occasion or really anytime they really did a great job!

Food and ambience was great. For a reputable steakhouse, the service should have been much better. We had a large party and believe more servers should have been assigned to our table. We had food delivered late, refills took too long, several miss orders, had to track down waitress to take orders as they missed several people. With automatic gratuity added to our bill, we did not get what we were charged. Disappointing.

My tenderloin was ordered as a medium well it came to me very rare. Took over 10 minutes to get it back and it was over cooked now and rather tough. 3 out of 10 for the steak as it was way under seasoned as well. The wedge salad was fantastic 9 out of 10. My green beans were fine at best 5 out of 10. I tried my wife’s scallops they were good but again lacking real flavor 7 out of 10. My lobster was good 7 out of 10. The ambience was great server was fine. Live music was great. I will go back but as a first timer at Morgan’s I was underwhelmed. It was great that we celebrated a birthday and they but confetti on the table and took a picture for us and gave us a copy . That was a nice touch.

Outstanding service started at the bar before dinner. Great Manhattans and Martinis. Dinner service was just as exceptional. Wedge Salads were great. 8oz filets were cooked perfect. Au Gratin potatoes are a must have. Thank you for a great first experience.
