   Not what was expected. 8 ounce fillet was sent back and I guess warmed and returned to my girlfriend. A simple push w a fork it was clear the steak was medium on 2nd try. Cook 50 to 100 at a time for events and steak is easy to tell temp. Waitress even should see it but it is food runners. They should know. No quality control for that steak. She cut it open and it was again slightly more then medium with solid pink and able to pushed down hard w a fork. I was not so nice about comments asking if they needed some help to cook it. Two baked potatoes both not completely cooked granted massive. Give me a smaller cooked baked 🥔 if needed. Not really impressed. The Cleveland location did give girlfriend a new steak. She ate 4 bites of her undercooked steak and took the new steak home to undoubtedly be tossed away. What a nice night effect by a main item on dish. I would be embarrassed as a fine steakhouse. Service was good. Time for meal was 6:30 to leaving around 9:30...no alcohol, 1 appetizer. 6 people. As my 19 year old daughter said "mid" 4 out of 5 stars is generous.

   Sunday funday with my sons 14 & 5, Morton’s is a Cleveland staple, one of my favorite steakhouses, had an amazing meal…and kid approved!!! Will ALWAYS come back!!!

   Our server didn’t listen well to our orders. She barely came around. The restaurant was out of certain liquors. Food was great though. Server not so great.

   My wife and I came for our 3rd anniversary. Max was a dope server! Attentive and pleasant. I got the Cajun Ribye, the wife got Filet Mignon and Lobster and the food was on point. The wagu meatballs are a must. A+ EXPERIENCE.

   Service was excellent overall. Unfortunately my Cajun Ribeye was over charred & almost burnt on the outside. I have had better food in the past from this location. The sides & my wife’s Chicken Christopher were solid. We will give this location another shot in the future but they were not as good as we had in the past on this particular visit.

   The waitress was great ! The atmosphere was great ! All the food was great however the lobster had no flavor .

   I was celebrating my 50th Birthday and it was my first time. It was absolutely amazing!!! Can’t wait to return!!!!

    The food was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sides awesome. We got the tomahawk for two along with the green beans and cheese potatoes. Service was slow but very polite and professional. The restaurant did not enforce the dress code. We saw multiple people in hats and hooded sweatshirts with offensive graphics. The restaurant was very loud and full of loud mouthed people yelling with no respect to others. This was for my wife’s birthday and even though the food was great we could not enjoy our meal due to how loud the table behind us was.
