    The food and service were top-notch, and the staff put a lot of effort into ensuring it was a special birthday for my father and grandmother. It was louder than I would have expected from a high-end steakhouse, but there were a number of large parties, so I think that was a big driver. All in all, it was a great experience!

    Classic steak house with the high level service that goes with it. Great meal & ambiance. We ate eat so it was fairly quiet.

    There was a problem with our reservation, our table was given to someone else but they fixed it. Waiter was amazing. Food was amazing. Also had a problem with the food… the appetizers were brought after the main course but they were taken off of the bill for the inconvenience. Overall good as they compensated for the issues.

    We were celebrating our two year anniversary and the team at Morton’s really helped make it a memorable evening. They gave us custom printed menus celebrating our anniversary (which I kept as a keepsake), they gave us a beautiful anniversary dessert and to top it off, they took a picture of us and printed it out in a lovely card. Jill was our server and she was excellent. I highly recommend Morton’s, especially if you are celebrating a special occasion!

    We visit Morton’s in the seaport regularly. Best to avoid Saturday evenings. Waiter was overwhelmed and the kitchen too. Steaks was not up to its standard. Service wasn’t great, and the noise deafening.. We’ll try again on a weekday evening… Maybe?

    Service was challenged. Drinks took a while. I’m not a fan of bread that you have to break with hands. The bread was tasty, but left a mess on the table. Nobody cleaned the table. Chopped salad was good. My filet was cooked as ordered, but the meat was dry. Probably won’t be back.

    We were greeted warmly and seated in a very roomy table. Our server Daniel was very helpful in helping us decide what to have for dinner. The service was not rushed and spaced out thoughtfully.

    This was my first trip to a Morton's in a long time. Friends and I meet each Christmas season to enjoy a nice dinner out...usually at a steakhouse. We has selected to go to another steakhouse but changed to Morton's because the reviews were better. Perhaps this was a one off night, but nothing was what you would expect out of a Morton's experience. Two of our party ordered Pomegranate Martini's that we both agreed were lacking. They lacked the brightness of a well made drink and tasted watered down. Several tastes by others came to that consensus. The area we were in was LOUD. Possibly deafening. My watch was letting me know frequently how loud it was. It was likely attributed to a next door table. It made ordering difficult and understanding what friends on the other side of the table were saying. It was that loud. The waiter wasn't that attentive and said that it was very busy that night. Understandable, but that's not what we paid for. Six out of seven of us ordered steak. Four were cooked properly. One was sent back to be cooked more TWICE. He likes his steaks medium rare and I was surprised at what came out being underdone. The next disappointment was that a friend went to the ladies room and reported it was out of toilet paper. My wife went about 20 minutes later and still found it out of toilet paper. The last challenge was getting the bill correct. There were items on there that we didn't order and we had to get those cleared. Morton's is a good place. The manager arrived and took care of some of the items and fixed the bill. Still, you don't go to such places to have to get items taken off the bill. You hope they get them right the first time. I may go back in hopes this was a one off, but this was not a great experience. You might consider avoiding Morton's until a less busy time.
