   We had a great experience celebrating 20 years of marriage at Morton’s. The food was amazing and the service was out of this world!!

   Good view from the window, good food. There is only 1 waiter working. There are few guests, but the poor man was already tired, he set the table for us so that it would be convenient for him to serve. Despite the fact that only 3 tables were occupied, in the entire hall, my wife was behind a column, the cute couple next table had to move their chair to get out of our personal space. The waiter was almost rude, did not answer questions willingly, and twice touched the leg of my chair with his foot. We asked for a sandwich without spices, it was brought so peppery that my daughter couldn't eat it. My wife wanted to leave him with a 0% tip. I gave him 1%, he allowed himself bad emotions. Competition between waiters will improve the level of service, and make it easier for each of them to do this hard work. Please keep at least 2 waiters.

   What a great way to see the Falls. We were there in the off-season and went for lunch. Our exceptionally great server, Mike P, went out of his way to make it fun for our family. Food was delicious, which I wasn't expecting since a tourist restaurant situated with such a stunning view could probably get away with less. But seafood and steak were perfectly prepared. A great treat on our visit to Niagara :) Truly memorable.

   Great service, but that is where is kind of ended. No the Morton's we expected, food seemed to be mass produced and nothing like other Morton's we have ever been to. $22 for potatoes which were just cut boiled potatoes with melted cheese which wasn't melted. Morton's is a great brand, just not this location at all.

   Overall the view is quite nice, and service provided by the staff is very good. As for the food, the shrimp cocktail was delicious. However, the Angus ribeye steak we ordered was disappointing. The black pepper sauce on top was very salty, and the steak itself had a strong sour taste, which might have been due to excessive thawing or poor quality of the beef.

   We had a fantastic dinner. Mike P was our server. He was super friendly and helpful. The steaks were perfect. The view was so beautiful as the falls were lit up.

    Service was a little slow. Could be better. We loved the shrimp with shishito peppers appetizer. Lobster ravioli was really good. Do not recommend the sticky toffee bread pudding. Overall an ok experience.
